Men: Are You Ready to Accept the Challenge?
Our communities need strong Catholic men to answer the call to lead with faith, protect our
families, serve others and defend our values. For over one
hundred years, Knights of Columbus have done exactly
that, standing up for the Church, serving the least among
us, and strengthening our parishes and families. Eligible Catholic men can now join the
Knights of Columbus online in a simple, streamlined process. As
a member, you join a worldwide community of nearly two million men, including over
38,000 here in Kansas, who stand together. The world
needs more committed, unified Catholic men to answer the call.
Will you answer? Visit kofc.org/joinus to learn
more about the many benefits of membership in the Knights of Columbus. If you do join, please enter either Council # 1368 for Garnett or 1901 for Greeley in the "Preferred Council" line. If you have any questions, please
contact any member of the Knights of Columbus or Ed
Miller, Kansas State E-Member Director 785-304-2715
Liturgical Schedules The new schedules are
available on the church website (listed on the front of the
bulletin). Copies can also be found in the church entrance.
St. John the Baptist News
The Rummage Sale & Bake Sale will be October 6th, 7am-2pm.

St. John’s School of Religion will start September 30th after the 8 a.m. Mass. Any child in
Kindergarten through 8th grade is welcome to attend - even if they attend St. Rose School as
well. This is a great opportunity to learn about the faith through
art, music, and literature. If you have any questions, feel
free to contact Michelle Burris at 620-875-9176.
