12 free shuttle buses are in operation foreach home fixture, ferrying supporters with accessibility needs from Stratford Station to
London Stadium.
Sta�ed by the West Ham United Foundation, the service will run from two hours prior to kick-o� at regular intervals. Supporters will be collected from platform 13, and dropped o� at Car Park 2.
After the game supporters will be picked up from Car Park 2 and
ferried back to Stratford Station.
GAS MAIN REPAIRS
Due to gas main repairs on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the walking route to and from London Stadium over the bridge between the South
Lawn and Pool Street will not be available for this match.
Spectators are advised to follow the alternative route highlighted in green on this map, the diversion signage on
route and instruction of stewardsin the area.

Away Supporters AreaFollowing the match, the area in grey is a designated away supporters area.
Home supporters will not be able to access the area between turnstiles
C and E on podium level immediately after the final whistle.
These measures are for the safety of all supporters and to enable home and away fans
to leave the Stadium via designated safe walking routes to public transport hubs and the away
supporters’ coach parking.
While this situation is reviewed on a matchby match basis, we advise that supporters
plan their journey accordingly.
