Key Responsibilities & TasksMission:

To carryout MP, Formability simulation and Simultaneous Engineering of Stamping partsKey Responsibilities:

Prepare Die face modeling for Heavy automotive stamping Parts Carryout formability Simulation using Autoform Prepare MP (Method Plan) for Transfer lines & Tandem lines. Give feedback on die formability feasibility, Yield increase feedbacks to Product designers &

Die designers Prepare die surfaces for improvement after Die Trials Co-ordinate within the team between Die designers/ NC programmers/MP makers/Simulation

team for smooth flow of die development Support Team leaders/Section Mangers for giving various report relating to continuous

improvements & Benchmarking about Quality Time & CostKey SkillsEssential skills :

3~ 7 years of hands on Work Experience in Die face modeling & Simulation in Automotive Stamping Industry.

UG NX-. Autoform, CatiaV5 Experience in steel&castings insert, design modification machining process. Experience in die design of Automotive Stamping parts (FENDER, HOOD, DOOR etc). Filleting of master data &analysis of surface quality Hands on experience in 3-D software CADCEUS (preferred) also CATIA V5, UG NX,TEBIS

considerableDesirable skills :

Experience in tool making, trails, project management ,stamping die assy,process planning in Tool rooms Exposure to 3D die design activities, Tryout activities of Stamping dies

Japanese Language (JLPT level 3, capable to Understand & Talk) highly preferred.Managing & Relational Skills:

Working knowledge in EXCEL & conversant with MS office. Must be a Good Team player & able to communicate clearly

Preferred Education BE/ PGTD/NTTF/Diploma in Tool Making

Preferred Experience 4 to 7 years experience in NC Modeling (CAD/CAM) of stamping dies

Language Requirements English, Tamil, (Japanese preferred)
