Bk. 4 Bu programa yerleşen adaylardan ilgili yükseköğretim kurumu tarafından aranan şartları sağlayanlara, yükseköğretim kurumunun vakfı / anlaşmalı olduğu kurum tarafından burs, yurt, ücretsiz yemek, kısmi zamanlı çalışma vb. imkânlar sağlanmaktadır. Söz konusu imkanlara ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgi yükseköğretim kurumunun internet sayfasından edinilebilecektir. / Among the candidates who are placed in this program, those who meet the conditions sought by the relevant higher education institution are granted scholarships, and facilities or opportunities such as dormitories, free meals, part-time work, etc. are provided by the higher education institution's foundation / contracted institution. Bk. 6 İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi (İTÜ) ve Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) ile birlikte yürütülecek olan bu programlara girecek olan öğrencilerin, TYT'den en az 150 puan alması ve Değerlendirme Komisyonu tarafından yapılacak olan Sınav/Mülakatta başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir. Moda Tasarımı Programına başvuran öğrencilerin içeriği önceden ilan edilecek olan Tasarım Testi ve Portfolyo çalışmasını hazırlamaları, diğer belgelerle birlikte başvuru sırasında sunmaları zorunludur.Başvuru tarihi www.sis.itu.edu.tr ve www.itu.edu.tr adreslerinden öğrenilebilir. Başvuran adaylardan TYT'den 150 puanı alamayanların başvuruları iptal edilecektir. Moda Tasarımı programı dört yıllık olup, 1.yıl, 2.yıl güz dönemi ve 3. yıl İTÜ Tekstil Teknolojileri ve Tasarım Fakültesi'nde (İstanbul), 2. yılın bahar ve yaz dönemleri ile 4. yıl güz ve bahar dönemleri FIT'de (New York) eğitim görülecektir. Tekstil Geliştirme ve Pazarlama programı 4 yıl süreli olup öğrenciler birinci ve ikinci yıl öğrenimlerini İTÜ Tekstil Teknolojileri ve Tasarım Fakültesi'nde, üçüncü ve dördüncü yıl öğrenimlerini Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT)'de yapacaklardır. Eğitim-öğretim ücreti ve diğer koşullara ilişkin açıklamalara ilgili üniversitenin internet adresinden ulaşılabilir. / Students who will enter these programs, which will be conducted together with Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), must get at least 150 points from TYT and be successful in the Exam/Interview to be held by the Evaluation Commission. Students applying to the Fashion Design Program are required to prepare the Design Test and Portfolio work, the content of which will be announced beforehand, and submit it together with other documents at the time of application. Application dates can be viewed on www.sis.itu.edu.tr and www.itu.edu.tr. Applications of applicants who do not get 150 points from TYT will be cancelled. Fashion Design program is a four-year program, 1st year, 2nd year fall semester and 3rd year education is conducted at ITU Faculty of Textile Technologies and Design (Istanbul), 2nd year spring and summer semesters and 4th year fall and spring semesters education is conducted at FIT. (New York). Textile Development and Marketing program lasts for 4 years. Students will complete their first and second year education at ITU Textile Technologies and

Design Faculty, and their third and fourth year education at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Explanations on tuition fees and other conditions can be found on the website of the university.

Bk. 7 Çift diplomaya yönelik Uluslararası Ortak Lisans Programı (UOLP), bir Türk üniversitesi ile Yurtdışı bir üniversite tarafından ortak olarak yürütülen lisans programıdır. Programı başarıyla tamamlayan bir öğrenci, her üniversiteden bir tane olmak üzere iki ayrı diploma alır. Öğrenciler çift diplomaya yönelik uluslararası ortak lisans programının akademik gereklerini yerine getirmeden diplomalardan herhangi birini almaya hak kazanamazlar. Çift diploma programlarında dersler İngilizce olarak verilecektir. Öğrencilerin öğrenime başlayabilmeleri için yeterli düzeyde İngilizce bilmeleri gerekmektedir. (İngilizce yeterlik koşulları için Üniversiteden ayrıntılı bilgi alınız.) Uluslararası ortak lisans programına kabul edilen öğrenciler, ilgili ülkede öğrenim görmek için gerekli vizeyi almakla yükümlüdür ve öğrenciler ilgili ülke vizesi alabilmek için gerekli koşulları yerine getirmelidirler. Türk ve yurt dışı üniversite program koordinatörleri vize başvurularında öğrencilere yardımcı olacaklardır. Öğrenim ücretleri 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılı için belirlenmiş olup, önümüzdeki yıllarda öğrenim ücretlerinde meydana gelebilecek artışlar her eğitim-öğretim yılı başından önce öğrencilere ayrıca duyurulacak ve giriş yılına bakılmaksızın tüm öğrenciler o yıl için ilan edilecek yeni öğrenim ücretlerine tabi olacaklardır. Varsa burs,ücret,yabancı dil vb. konularda ilgili üniversiteden bilgi edinilmelidir. Yurt dışındaki bir yükseköğretim kurumundaki uluslararası programda kayıtlı öğrencilerin akademik başarısızlık, yatay geçiş vb. işlemlere ilişkin olarak “Yükseköğretim Kurumlarının Yurt Dışı Yükseköğretim Kurumlarıyla Ortak Eğitim Öğretim Programlarına Dair Yönetmelik’i incelemelerinde yarar görülmektedir / The Dual Diploma Undergraduate Program (DDP) is a joint undergraduate program conducted by a Turkish university and a foreign university. A student who successfully completes the program receives two separate diplomas, one from each university. Students cannot be entitled to receive any of the diplomas without fulfilling the academic requirements of the double degree international dual degree program. Courses in dual degree programs are taught in English. Students must have a sufficient level of English in order to start their education. (Please get detailed information from the University for English proficiency requirements.) Students accepted to the international dual degree program are obliged to obtain the necessary visa to study in the relevant country, and students must fulfill the necessary conditions in order to obtain a visa for the relevant country. Turkish and foreign university program coordinators will assist students in visa applications. Tuition fees have been determined for the 2020-2021 academic year, and any increase in tuition fees in the coming years will be announced to the students before the beginning of each academic year, and all students will be subject to the new tuition fees announced for that year, regardless of the year of entry. Information about scholarship, fee, foreign language etc should be obtained from the relevant university. Regarding the issues such as academic failure, transfer, etc. of students enrolled in an international program in a higher education institution abroad, it is beneficial to examine “the Regulation on Joint Education Programs with Higher Education Institutions Abroad”.

Bk. 11 Bu programa kayıt yaptırabilmek için öğrencilerin; a. Gemiadamları ve Kılavuz Kaptanları Yönetmeliği ile Gemiadamları ve Kılavuz Kaptanlar Eğitim ve Sınav Yönergesinin, Eğitim Kurumlarında Kayıt Kabul, Sağlık Koşulu ile ilgili yasal koşulları sağlamaları, b. Hudut ve Sahiller Sağlık Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından yayımlanan Gemiadamları Sağlık Yönergesinde belirlenen usul ve esaslara göre aldıkları "Gemiadamı Olur Sağlık Raporu" nu Sağlık Denetleme Merkezinde onaylatmaları ve Gemiadamı Sağlık Yoklama Belgesi almaları gerekmektedir. / In order to enroll in this program, students; a. must meet the legal requirements regarding Admission and Health Conditions in Educational Institutions in The Regulation of Seafarers and Maritime Pilots and the Directive for Training and Examination of Seafarers and Pilots, b. must have the "Seaman Approved Health Report" approved by the Health Inspection Center according to the procedures and principles determined in the Seafarers' Health Directive published by the General Directorate of Border and Coasts Health and obtain a Seafarer Health Inspection Certificate

Bk. 19 KKTC üniversitelerinde öğrenim görecek olan TC uyruklu öğrenciler, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Yüksek Öğrenim Kredi ve Yurtlar Kurumu’nun desteklerinden yararlanabilmektedir. KKTC’de 3 aydan fazla ikamet edecek olan TC Vatandaşlarının ülkeye pasaportla giriş yapmaları ve öğrenci ikamet izni almaları gerekmektedir. Öğrenci ikamet izni başvurusu KKTC İçişleri Bakanlığı’na online olarak yapılmakta; başvuru için sağlık sigortası zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır. Sağlık sigortası ödemeleri ikamet izni başvurusu aşamasında şahsen yapıldığından öğrenciler ayrıca üniversitelere sağlık sigortası primi adı altında ödeme yapmamalıdırlar. KKTC’de yürürlükte bulunan mevzuata göre geçici sakin olarak bulunan bütün yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin kayıt işlemleri için sağlık raporlarını ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. Yabancı öğrenci TC Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı tam teşekküllü ihtisas veya üniversite hastanelerinden alınan ve tüberküloz için akciğer skopisi veya akciğer grafisi ile HIV-HCV-HBSAG-RPR tetkiklerini içeren orijinal laboratuvar tetkik sonucunu (rapor ve/veya laboratuvar tetkik sonucunun tarihinin iki aydan eski olmaması kaydıyla) Öğrenci Otomasyon Sistemine yükleyecektir. Öğrenci Otomasyon Sistemine yüklenen rapor/tetkik sonucu, KKTC Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın yürürlükte bulunan Sağlık Kurumları Ücretler Tarifesi Tüzüğünde belirtilen tek hekim ücreti üzerinden onaylanacaktır. Ancak Bakanlığın, sunulan rapordaki pozitif sonuçlar nedeniyle ilave tetkik isteyeceği durumlarda öğrenci, Sağlık Kurumları Ücretler Tarifesi Tüzüğünde düzenlenen ücret tarifesine göre tam ücret ödeyecektir. Sağlık raporu olmayan ya da rapor tarihi iki ayı geçen öğrenciler,

KKTC’deki sağlık raporu alabilmek için Öğrenci İzinleri Otomasyon Sistemi üzerinden işlem yapacaktır. KKTC yükseköğretim kurumlarına kayıt yaptıran, öğrenimine devam eden ve öğrenci ikamet izni alacak olan TC ve diğer ülke uyruklu her öğrenci 8/2012 sayılı Sağlık Fonu Yasası kapsamında sağlık sigortası için asgari ücretin %10'nu kadar ödemeyi, Öğrenci İkamet İzinleri Otomasyon Sistemi üzerinden Kooperatif Merkez Bankası’na ait sanal post vasıtası ile KKTC Sağlık Bakanlığı hesabına yatıracak ve yatırma işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra Sistem öğrenciyi bir sonraki aşamaya yönlendirecektir. KKTC Sağlık Fonu Yasası kapsamında prim ödeyen TC ve diğer ülke uyruklu öğrenciler primi ödenen yıl için kamu sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanabilirler. Söz konusu primi ödemeyen öğrenciler kamu sağlık kurumlarına başvurduklarında kendi olanakları ile tam ücret tarifelerine tabi olurlar ve tedavi gördükleri kuruma gerekli ödemeyi yaparlar. Citizens of the Turkish Republic who will reside in the TRNC for more than 3 months must enter the country with a passport and obtain a student residence permit. Student residence permit applications are made online to the TRNC Ministry of Interior and there is a health insurance obligation to apply. Since health insurance payments are made in person at the residence permit application stage, students should not also pay universities under the name of health insurance premiums. According to the legislation in force in the TRNC, all foreign students who are temporary residents are required to submit their health reports for registration. Original laboratory test result obtained from full-fledged specialization or university hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, including lung scopy for tuberculosis or chest X-ray and HIV-HCV-HBSAG-RPR examinations (provided that the date of the report and/or laboratory test result is not older than two months) of the student will be uploaded to the Student Automation System.The result of the report/examination uploaded to the Student Automation System will be approved over the single physician fee specified in the Health Institutions Fees Tariff Regulation of the TRNC Ministry of Health. However, in cases where the Ministry requests additional examinations due to the positive results in the presented report, the student will pay the full fee according to the fee schedule set in the Health Institutions Fee Schedule Regulation. Students who do not have a health report or whose report date has passed two months will apply through the Student Automation System in order to obtain a health report in the TRNC. Every student of TR and other nationality who enrolls in TRNC higher education institutions, continues their education and will obtain a student residence permit, must pay 10% of the minimum wage for health insurance within the scope of the Health Fund Law No. 8/2012, through the Student Residence Permits Automation System, through the Cooperative Center. Bank will deposit it to the account of the TRNC Ministry of Health, and after the deposit is completed, the System will direct the student to the next stage. Students from TR and other countries who pay premiums within the scope of TRNC Health Fund Law can benefit from public health services for the year the premium is paid. When students who do not pay the said premium apply to public health institutions, they are subject to full fee schedules with their own means and make the necessary payment to the institution where they receive treatment. İlgili yükseköğretim kurumu tarafından bu süreden daha fazla burslu/indirimli öğrenim görme imkanı verilebilir. Hazırlık sınıfında başarısız olarak programdan ilişiği kesilen öğrenciler, varsa kendi yükseköğretim kurumlarında öğretim dili Türkçe olan eşdeğer bir programa kayıt yaptırabilirler. Ancak bu öğrenciler, talep etmeleri durumunda Ölçme, Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi Başkanlığı tarafından bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere kayıt yaptırdığı yıl itibarıyla, öğrencinin YKS puanlarından ilgili olan puanı, yerleştirileceği programa kayıt yaptırmak için aranan taban puanından düşük olmaması şartıyla öğretim dili Türkçe olan programlardan birine merkezî olarak yerleştirilebilirler. / Students who enroll in this program and cannot successfully complete the preparatory class within two years despite attending the foreign language preparatory class are dismissed from the program. Bk. 64 Yükseköğretim kurumu Mütevelli Heyeti/Yönetim Kurulu tarafından verilen indirim ve imkanlar (öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, burs, para, yurt, yemek vb.), öğrenim ücretini ödeme koşulları, taksitli veya peşin ödeme imkanları, diğer ücretler, sonraki yıllarda ücretlerde yapılacak artışlar, burslu programlara ilişkin ayrıca verilecek burs süreleri ile eğitim öğretime ilişkin diğer hususlar, ilgili yükseköğretim kurumunun internet sayfasından öğrencilere duyurulacaktır. Ücretler, ödeme yöntemleri, öğrenim ücretindeki olası artışlar her yıl, kayıtlı öğrenciler için de TEFE-TÜFE oranları da dikkate alınarak Mütevelli Heyetinin/Yönetim Kurulunun uygun göreceği oranda yeniden belirlenebilir. Bk. 164 Çift diplomaya yönelik Uluslararası Ortak Lisans Programı (UOLP), bir Türk üniversitesi ile yurtdışı bir üniversite tarafından ortak olarak yürütülen lisans programıdır. Programı başarıyla tamamlayan bir öğrenci, her iki üniversiteden de ortak program olduğunu belirten iki ayrı diploma (Bazı üniversitelerde ortak bir lisans diploması verilebilir.) alır. Ortak olarak yürütülen programa ait özel bakınız koşullarından bilgi edinilmelidir. Örneğin, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi ve New Paltz Üniversitesi tarafından yürütülen “Lisans/Bachelor of Arts”/ “Bachelor of Science” diplomasına yönelik “İşletme” programını başarıyla tamamlayan bir öğrenci aşağıda belirtilen iki ayrı diplomayı almaya hak kazanacaktır. “SUNY New Paltz Üniversitesi ile ortaklaşa yürütülen program sonunda İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi tarafından verilmiştir.” ibaresini içeren İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi tarafından verilecek bir lisans diploması ve “İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi ile ortaklaşa yürütülen program sonunda SUNY New Paltz Üniversitesi tarafından verilmiştir.” ibaresini içeren SUNY New Paltz Üniversitesi tarafından verilecek bir lisans diploması. Adaylar tercihlerini yapmadan önce üniversitelerin uluslararası ortak lisans programlarına ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgiyi (burs, ücret, yabancı dil yeterliliği vb. koşulları) ilgili üniversitenin internet sayfasından edinmelidir. / The Dual Degree International Joint Undergraduate Program (DDP) is a joint undergraduate program conducted by a Turkish university and a university abroad. A student who successfully completes the program receives two separate diplomas from both universities indicating that there is a joint program (One joint undergraduate diploma can be given in some universities). Information should be obtained from the special conditions of the program carried out jointly. For example, a student who successfully completes the "Business Administration" program for the "Bachelor of Arts" / "Bachelor of Science" diploma conducted by Istanbul Technical University and New Paltz University will be entitled to receive two separate diplomas listed below. Information about the language of instruction of the courses in dual degree programs should be obtained from the university. In order for students to start their education, they must have sufficient knowledge of the foreign language required by the program. Those who are placed in these programs, but who do

not succeed in one of the international foreign language exams determined by the relevant universities, which determine the foreign language level required by the program, will receive foreign language preparatory education. In order to get the education in the relevant country, students must get the base scores determined by the relevant university from one of the international foreign language exams (apply to the relevant university for detailed information before making your choices.). Detailed information on the required base scores are the prerequisites for starting undergraduate education at some universities, and for starting education at some universities in the relevant country can be accessed from the website of the relevant Turkish Universities. Students are given a maximum of two years to meet the foreign language requirement. Students accepted to the international dual degree program are obliged to obtain the necessary visa to study in the relevant country, and students must fulfill the necessary conditions to obtain a visa for the relevant country. Turkish and foreign university program coordinators will assist students in visa applications. Tuition fees have been determined for this academic year, and any increase in tuition fees in the coming years will be separately announced to the students by the relevant university before the beginning of each academic year, and all students will be subject to the new tuition fees announced for that year, regardless of the year of entry. The annual tuition fees stated for the relevant Turkish state universities in the international dual degree programs cover the preparatory and undergraduate education in Turkey. The tuition fee to be announced for Turkish state universities every year will be determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers, provided that it is not less than the second tuition fee and does not exceed eight times. For the semesters to be spent in the relevant country within the framework of the international joint degree program, the students will pay the tuition fee determined for the joint program of the relevant university for that year. Regarding the procedures such as academic failure, transfer, etc. of students enrolled in an international program in a higher education institution abroad, it is beneficial for to examine the Regulation on Joint Education Programs with Foreign Higher Education Institutions. Candidates should obtain detailed information about the international dual degree undergraduate programs of the universities (conditions such as scholarships, fees, foreign language proficiency, etc.) from the website of the relevant university before making their choices.

Bk. 192 Binghamton Üniversitesi ile birlikte yürütülecek olan uluslararası ortak lisans programları 4 yıl süreli olup, öğrenciler iki kez birer akademik yıl süre ile öğrenimlerinin yarısını Binghamton ’da diğer yarısını da Türkiye’deki ilgili üniversitelerinde tamamlayacaklardır. 2021-2022 Eğitim Öğretim yılı için bu programlara yerleşen öğrenciler için öğrenim ücreti İngilizce hazırlık ve lisans programları için akademik yıl başına İTÜ’de lisans eğitimi için 12000 TL, hazırlık sınıfı için 7 700 TL olup , Güz ve Bahar dönemlerinde iki eşit taksitte ödenecektir. Binghamton Üniversitesinde geçirilecek dönemler için öğrenciler bu üniversitenin o yıl için belirlenen ücretini ödeyeceklerdir. Ortak programın yurtdışındaki ilgili üniversiteye ait öğrenim ücreti (burs, yaşam koşulları, sigorta vb.) ile diğer kişisel harcamalara ait bilgiler ilgili üniversitenin internet sayfasından edinilmelidir. / The international dual degree undergraduate programs to be carried out with Binghamton University last for 4 years, and students will complete half of their education in Binghamton and the other half in related universities in Turkey for two academic years. Öğrenciler 1. ve 3. yılları İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nde, 2. ve 4. yılları New Jersey Institute of Technology’de tamamlayacaklardır. Bu program, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’ne kabul edilecek öğrencilerle, New Jersey Institute of Technology tarafından kabul edilen uluslararası öğrencilerin birlikte eğitim görecekleri uluslararası bir programdır. Programı başarı ile tamamlayan öğrenciler İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nden “Elektronik ve Haberleşme Mühendisliği Lisans Diploması” ve New Jersey Institute of Technology’den de “Electrical Enginering Lisans diploması” alacaklardır. 2021- 2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı için programın yıllık (güz ve bahar yarıyılları) öğrenim ücreti; İTÜ de İngilizce hazırlık sınıfı için 7700 TL, programın İTÜ de alınacak lisans öğrenimi için de 5000 ABD Doları karşılığı Türk Lirasıdır. Öğrenciler 1. ve 2. yıllarının tamamında ve 3. yıllarının güz döneminde İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi'nde, 3. yıllarının genişletilmiş bahar dönemi (Bahar ve I. Yaz Okulu dönemini içerir) ve 4. yıllarının (güz ve bahar dönemini içerir, yaz okulu dönemini içermez) tamamında State University of New York at New Paltz’da eğitim alacaklardır. SUNY New Paltz'taki ikinci dönem genişletilmiş Bahar dönemi olarak uygulanmaktadır. Students attend the extended spring semester of their 3rd year (includes Spring and 1st Summer School semesters) and 4th years (includes fall and spring semesters, summer school semesters) at Istanbul Technical University throughout their 1st and 2nd years and in the fall semester of their 3rd year. (not included) will all study at the State University of New York at New Paltz. The second semester at SUNY New Paltz is implemented as an extended Spring semester. The Extended Spring Semester covers a period of approximately six months from January to June, that is, the spring term in the New Paltz academic calendar and the first summer school term. Bk.204 İTÜ-KKTC, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi(İTÜ)’nin Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde bulunan Eğitim ve Araştırma Yerleşkesidir. İTÜ-KKTC’nin Gazimağusa ve Yenierenköy’deki

yerleşke bina inşaatları bitene kadar Yabancı Dil hazırlık dersleri Gazimağusa Yerleşkesinde bulunan mevcut binalarında gerçekleştirilecek, Lisans eğitimleri ise İTÜ’nün İstanbul’daki

kampüslerinde her program için kendi fakültesinde verilecektir. İTÜ-KKTC öğrencileri İstanbul İTÜ öğrencilerinin kullandığı tüm eğitim ve sosyal altyapı imkanlarından faydalanacaktır.

Eğitim dili %100 İngilizcedir. 2021-2022 Akademik yılı için öğrenim ücreti 7.500 Amerikan Dolları ($) (Bu ücret KDV hariç olup, %5 (yüzde beş) KDV uygulanacaktır.). Yıllık öğrenim ücreti

kayıt zamanı peşin veya Güz ve Bahar dönemlerinde iki eşit ödeme şeklinde yapılabilir. Burslu/burssuz tüm öğrencilerden öğrenim ücreti dışında kayıt zamanı, Hazırlık sınıfı kitapları ve

diğer sosyal aktiviteler için 1.500 TL (KDV dâhil) alınır. Konaklama ve ulaşım ücretleri öğrenim ücretinin dışındadır ve öğrenci tarafından ayrıca karşılanır. Önümüzdeki yıllarda öğrenim

ücretinde bir artış olması durumunda, önceki yıllarda kayıt olan öğrenciler için bu artış bir önceki yıla göre TL bazında KKTC Devlet Planlama Örgütü tarafından ilan edilen yıllık Temmuz

ayı TÜFE oranı ile sınırlı olacaktır. Yukarıda belirtilen ücretler, akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihlerde yatırıldığı takdirde herhangi bir gecikme faiz uygulaması ve cezai bir işlem yapılmaz.

Ancak ödemelerde aksaklık ve gecikme yaşanması durumunda ceza ödenmesi söz konusudur. Yaz Öğretimi, burslu öğrenciler de dâhil olmak üzere, ayrıca ücrete tabidir. İTÜ-KKTC’yi YKS

Programın akademik yıl başına öğrenim ücretleri hazırlık sınıfında 7.700 TL, Lisans eğitimini İTÜ’de okudukları yıl için 12.000 TL’dir. Students will complete their first and second year education at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Naval Architecture and Marine Sciences, and their third and fourth year education in Strathclyde. The tuition fees per academic year of the program are 7,700 TL in the preparatory class, and 12,000 TL for the year they study at ITU. For example, the annual tuition fee for the academic year 2021-2022 is £21,850. The student is personally responsible for the expenses of the national health insurance, dormitory, meals, books-stationery and personal needs during the student's stay in Strathclyde. Students enrolled in the program and successfully completing the first two years at ITU will receive a 15% guaranteed scholarship in tuition fees for their 3rd and 4th years at Strathclyde. Students who achieve an average of “3.5” at ITU will be entitled to an additional tuition fee scholarship of £1000 (one thousand pounds) for the first year (3rd grade) at Strathclyde. If students enrolled in the DDP program wish to pursue an MSc (MA) in Engineering in Strathclyde, they will be entitled to a 15% scholarship from the MSc tuition fee and will receive an MSc degree in Strathclyde.
