Once a horse has achieved a champion then it cannot compete in a similar class. > First season/newcomers these events are open to horses who are eligible to compete in both VAS Ltd first season classes and Barastoc Newcomer classes. Horses are not eligible if previously shown under saddle prior to 1 January (first season) or 1st May (newcomer) of the current calendar year.
