STANDARDS AND SATISFACTIONS
AIESEC EN COLOMBIASHAPE COLOMBIA
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our EPs- Provide all information required about the visa to enter to the country
and all the legality about the permit required.- Support the EP through Skype and mails about the visa procedure and
give all the documentation needed to do the visa- One person is available every day to accompany the EP to Chancillery
and Migration Colombia, in case the EP needs something there when doing the visa and the Alien ID Card
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our EPs- We are responsible of our EP’s pick up.
- The EP is responsible of sending us the information of his/her arrival, the place of arrival (Airport, bus terminal) and the place he/she is going to stay if he/she is not staying at our hostel partners.
- Our partner Beyond Colombia (The members used to be from AIESEC!) is available 24/7. They have a huge poster with the project’s logo and also with the AIESEC logo, so the EP can identified them easily.- They are waiting for the EP at the place and also they give some
information about Colombia and AIESEC.
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our Eps- Since the beginning of the project, the EP has a handbook with
important information about participating in the project and the departure support.- We give the support to the EPs about the importance of leaving the
country when the internship has finished as the visa has its restrictions about doing other activities or staying in the country.
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our Eps- We give to the EP a handbook with the activities the EP will be doing
during the hole internship- The EP has the support from a coordinator of the team, since the day
the are selected to be part of the Project till the last day of his/her internship.- The Job description is available in the Opportunity portal, handbook,
newsletter, memodeal and also with the team

16-20 WEEKS4 MONTHS
- The current Project goes from
21 of July, 2015 to 21 of November, 2015
• The Project has two shiftsMorning Shift
6:00 – 12:00Afternoon Shift
12:30 – 18:30
*There are some cases where the school Schedule is different but they don’t spend more than 6 hours everyday* It is not work on weekends, but it can be the case where we give them some trainings or other activities to do as Global Villages. Its not every saturday
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our Eps- The first day at work the EP will be with one of our coordinators- The EP is received by the Principal of the school and the support
teacher in case the school has it. - The EP will be guided by the AIESEC coordinator, SED coordinator and
people from the school.- The AIESEC coordinator visits the school several times for tracking and
follow up of the Trainee Experience
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our Eps- The EP must come with the international insurance, in case he/she doesn’t bring it, AIESEC will assist them with the process through our partner ASSISTCARD- The EP receive a health insurance and labor work insurance which is paid by AIESEC in Colombia and SED,
What we do in SHAPE COLOMBIA with our Eps- AIESEC in Colombia and SED provide the EP with 10 day hostel with
one of our partners. - We have almost 10 hostels where the EP can stay for the first 10 days.
The hostels give the information to the EP of where they can permanently live while the internship - The team and the hostel provide information and support to the EP to
find a place to live in the city.
In SHAPE COLOMBIA The EPs receive a monthly allowance subsidy of - $1.707.225 Colombian Pesos (Approximately US$550)Also the EP receive some subsidies - $600.000 Colombian Pesos (Approximately US$200) for travel
expenses- $200.000 Colombian Pesos (Approximately US$65) in case the EP
doesn’t use the hostel facilities
