Silvalea Standard/Universal sling range has been manufactured specifically to deal with everyday transfers. The Silvalea standard replacement sling range is easy to fit, yet very supportive and many can be used in a divided leg or cross over position.

Compatible with most leading hoist manufacturers, designed to fit coat hanger style (loop) spreader bars and stud/clip fixing hoists.

Standard/Universal Sling Range

Introduction

The Standard sling range is manufactured in either Polyester or Mesh and can be custom fitted with additional support for chest, waist or hip tapes.

A fantastic general purpose transfer sling range particularly suited to institutions with frequent end user through-put, such as hospitals, schools and short term residential.

Silvalea use a Polyester as a standard material for our sling manufacture. One of the benefits of Polyester is that it is easy of application. The nature of the material means it glides and slides smoothly and also dries quickly after washing.

The Silvalea Convenience sling with padded rolls has been designed with maximum comfort in mind. The addition of under arm padded rolls as well as being fully padded throughout, offers greater patient comfort. Used for dressing and toileting, this sling is suited to those with good upper body

control.

High Easy Sling

High Easy sling with universal D-anserclip®. The full body sling transfers in a slightly reclined position and is extremely comfortable and supportive, featuring additional padding on the leg sections. Divided full body easy to apply general transfer sling.

Silva® Deluxe Sling

Silva-Deluxe sling has been designed and manufactured to give good hip and thigh support. Subtle shaping, darting and finishing on the angle of the leg sections creates a blousing effect which provides superior support to the lower torso, hip and thigh area. The leg sections can also be used in the hammock position.

Leg and back panel are fitted with easy application material to further aid application, has some toileting access and is perfect for many general transfers.

This sling has been successfully used with more active users and those with asymmetric body shapes.

This full body sling transfers in a slightly reclining position and due to the additional padding on the back of the sling and legs, offers a particularly supportive cocooning transfer experience. Disposable High Easy Sling (Box of 10)

Single patient use sling can be used as a general purpose sling for short stay hospital or residency visits, supplied with a stiffened head support. Easy to apply, all supplied with padded legs and additional tailoring to commode aperture as standard. Used specifically in acute markets to limit

cross infection.

Designed for one patient use only, for the duration of a short stay, unless sling shows any signs of deterioration and destroyed if soiled. Disposable slings are just that, they are designed for short term use and should be inspected regularly for end user safety. All slings are fitted with a warning ‘DO NOT USE’ label which only becomes visible when in contact with liquid

as an additional safety measure.

Disposable sling available in loops or clips. Can be stored for a maximum of two years before use.

NOT WASHABLE.
