Techniques To Add Interactivity
Erase and reveal
1- Type your question and answer.
2- Use a Normal pen to cover the answer with same color as background color. For
example, if the page Background is white, then the normal pen which you are going
to use should also be white.
3- Make a line on the hidden word as a space for answer (figure Ex:1)
4- Select the Eraser tool, and erase the normal pen which is covering the answer. The
Eraser tool will only erase objects created with normal. Anything typed with your
keyboard cannot be erased with the Eraser tool.
TIP: You may want to add instructions that let the class or other teachers know that all
they need to do is to use the eraser.

Split Text:
If you already have a prepared document and want to make an
assessment.
1- Copy the paragraph and paste it on the Workspace
2- Use the select tool and click on the pasted paragraph.
3- Click at the menu button and choose the split text option, then split by
word.
4- Now you will have the paragraph divided by words separately.
You got many options to do with separate words:
Use the erase and reveal technique.
Grape some selected words and put them on the top, and ask students
to put the words in their right places.
Put a box to hide some selected words to make an assessment and
reveal it for answer.
If you separate the paragraph by lines, you could make a match
assessment or reorder
Background Revealing:
1. Write a sentence which you are going to make the assessment at.
2. Choose the word which you want to hide and change its color to be
the same as the background. (If the back ground was white you are
going to change the word color to white.)
3. To reveal the answer use the fill in tool to change the background
color.
