    1. GeneralContractorshallvisit thesite, reviewthebuilding shelldrawings as submittedbytheLandlordor StarbucksSiteSurveyor,and becomethoroughlyfamiliarwiththe siteconditionspriorto biddingorconstruction.

    2. GeneralContractorshallconsultwith StarbucksConstructionManager toresolveanychanges,omissions,orplan discrepanciespriortobidding orconstruction.

Alldimensionsaretothefaceofthefinishedsurfaceunlessnotedotherwise.Alldimensionstobe takenfromdesignateddatum point. Donot scaledrawings.

    6. GeneralContractor shallpatchand repair allexistingwalls, floors,ceilings,or other surfacesidentifiedtoremain thatmay becomedamagedduringthe courseofthe work.

    7. TheGeneralContractor is responsibleforobtainingpermits forfireprotection,plumbing,mechanical,andelectricalsystemsprior toinstallationof suchsystems.

    8. GeneralContractorshallretainonesetoftheplanstonoteanddocumentallchangesduringconstruction. This setshall bea partof theGeneralContractor’s“Store Close-outPackage” asdescribedinthe ConstructionManagementAgreement.

    9. GeneralContractor isresponsiblefor coordinatingdeliveryofmaterialsfrom Starbucks

    contractedThirdPartyLogisticsdistributionservicesand VendorDirectshipments. Refer toConstructionManagementAgreementfor methods andleadtimes.
