1. Introduction The STARS4ALL website will be the primary access point for the STARS4ALL users. It will report news and information about the project and give access to all the developed facilities and tools. Periodic reports of results will be available in the website and in social networks.
For the initation of this multiple task platform we have chosen an open-source WordPress management system. WordPress offers a plugin architecture and a template system, which is easy to be monitored and can be shared with multiple users. The system is well known, as WordPress was used by more than 23.3% of the top 10 million websites and in use by more than 60 million users1 as of January 2015.
For the private use of partners related with project management, a set of tools has been deployed.
2. Project Management Website A popular project tracking software, JIRA2, has been deployed. Its characteristics are:
• Create tasks and distribute them across your team. • Create milestones with the deliverables. • Allow collaboration among partners adding comments to tasks and deliverables. Also, files
can be attached to messages. • Visualize the progression of the project.
Figure 1: Project Summary on JIRA
For sharing files among partners, a Google Drive folder has been created. Inside this folder, partners can find versions of the deliverables, dissemination material and templates. All citizens can access to this folder, but only partners can edit/upload documents. For large files, an ftp account has been prepared for this purpose, although right now, its use is reserved to partners. Access information of the resources is listed in Table 1. For software development, an organization named STARS4ALL has been created in the popular software repository GitHub. Inside this organization, partners will be able to create new projects where

they will deploy their tools. Also, citizens will be able to create issues. A wiki has been initiated to show information about the project and it will be updated periodically.
2. Public Website The public website is available on the link www.stars4all.eu. This website will be a window where citizens will be able to collaborate with the project using a set of tools, and see how the impact of their effort. The project website is divided in the following sections
2.1 News and Upcoming Events To date the STARS4ALL website offers posts on recent news and upcoming events (see Figure 2), which will be mirrored at the sidebar of each of the main STARS4ALL pages. Further the website provides links to all project partners, which will be available with links on the sidebar of all Stars4ALL pages. Each special event organised by the project (e.g. astronomical live events) will have dedicated special pages.

2.2 Press office The STARS4ALL Press Office will coordinate the production of Press Releases (PR) and multimedia material to advertise relevant events and milestones of the project. This section will be specially designed for journalists. More detailed information about Press Office can be found in the deliverable D2.2 Set up of the communication and press office.

2.3 Light Pollution Initiatives The platform will be open for the public to create light pollution initiatives (LPIs) allowing users to create citizen actions (CAs). The website will provide open data for the LPIs and CAs. Therefore a public data portal and a live dashboard will be available. These data will in return be useful for research objects. Furthermore, any content of the website will be shareable by users in social networks. For a wide use of the LPIs and CAs the content will be translated to all the languages of the consortium by each partner country. Initial LPIs can be found at the Light Pollution Initiatives page (see Figure 3).

With the initiation of further LPIs and CAs, this page will offer the projects in accordance to the Zooniverse template. The projects will invite citizen to collaborate with special photos. These photos will be linked to the individual project sites.
Figure 5: Model page from Zooniverse
The location of LPI and CA data will be visualized in the form of maps, like e.g. the My Sky at Night page offers data collected by citizens within the Loss of the Night project.

2.4 Broadcasting Events All video material will be published on the STARS4ALL Youtube Channel. To broadcast the events, a Live Event will be created in Youtube. This event will see directly from the Youtube Webpage or from the portal of our collaborator sky-live.tv3.
2.5 Social Networks STARS4ALL is a project focused on citizens, and social networks are fundamental to achieve our objectives. Accounts in the main social networks have been created:
• Twitter: @stars4all_eu • Facebook page of STARS4ALL • Flickr: STARS4ALL Group • Youtube channel: STARS4ALL
Additionally, a Figshare4 account has been created for publishing and sharing our results: datasets, deliverables, dissemination material, etc. More information about these social accounts can be found on Section 4.
3. Future developments on the Website In addition to the informational and news sections, it will have all the relevant internal links to the other web tools that be developed for the project. This includes:

• A marketplace for launching goods and services like e.g. merchandising, expeditions, the quality seal and mobile Apps. The Marketplace will provide a business platform and invite advertisements of carefully chosen companies and products
• Games with a purpose, which will support some of the Citizen Actions lifecycle steps, especially those focused on working with data.
• Sensor management, a specific tool to manage the network of sensors. • A CAPS Toolbox, which will adapt and integrate existing crowdsourcing, crowdfunding,
collaborative tools and social networks to manage the lifecycle of Light Pollution Initiatives (LPIs).
• Live dashboards, where users will be able to see and overview of the LPIs • A data portal for the management of data produced by sensors (human and physical) and
social network.
