When you use a plural-possessive, you do the apostrophe after the "s." Check it out:
student's = belonging to the student (singular)students = plural word for "student"students' = belonging to the students (plural.)
Other examples:The Simpsons' house (house of the Simpson family)The boys' snacks (snacks belonging to the boys)
There are some exceptions for unusual spellings. If a plural word does NOT end in "s," you do the apostrophe first.
