STATE MARCHING FESTIVAL @ Dobson HS

Parents are invited to watch as spectators – the bigger the Corona parent crowd, the better! Cheer loudly and enthusiastically during the performance and WEAR YOUR YELLOW! Admission is $10 (children under 5 are free). Full schedule of bands is on the back side of this page. Top 8 bands from Division I will be selected to move into the Arizona State Marching Championships on Saturday November 18 at ASU.

• 2:45 pm: Doors open • 3:45 pm: Call Time at Corona in uniform

(eat an early dinner before arrival!) • 4 pm: Depart for Dobson • 4:20 pm: Arrive at Dobson, unload trucks • 5 pm: Stretch, visual warm-up • 5:45 pm: Music warm-up in Area C • 6:10 pm: Ensemble rehearsal • 6:30 pm: Pit leaves warm-up area • 6:40 pm: Band leaves warm-up area • 6:50 pm: Band Report time at the gate • 7 pm: CORONA DEL SOL PERFORMS • After Performance: Return to truck, load • 8 pm: return to stands to watch Highland, Casa Grande, Desert

Vista, O’Connor, and Williams Field. • 9:15 pm: University of Arizona Marching Band performance • Approx. 9:30 pm: Awards Ceremony, announcement of Top 8

bands to move on to the State Championship • Approx. 10 pm: Depart Dobson on buses • 10:20 pm: Arrive at Corona, return uniforms, unload trucks • Approx. 10:45 pm: Dismissal time
