Important Information - changes to Tax InvoicesNew Transaction Types:Please note changes to Monthly Tax Invoices

The invoices will now also show credit memos and Invoices.

Explanation of Transaction Codes:A return that does not reference back to the original order CMA return that does reference back to the original order and the original order only has non-shippable items CMA return that does reference back to the original and the original order has a mix of shippable and non-shippable items RETAn order that has non-shippable items INVAn order that has a mix of non- shippable and shippable items ORD

New Transaction TypesCredit memos (CM) and invoices (INV) for your downline will now also appear on the report. However at this stage it is not possible to distinguish those that are for your downline.

Bonus Statements - A Quick SummarySummary of Statements This page summarises your Bonus payment and also contains an Amway Credit Note regarding your personal volume and a Buyer Created Tax Invoice created on your behalf if you are AU GST registered. This page is an important part of your business records you need to use for your tax records.

Business Activity MapThis report shows the PV/BV activity for yourself and your downline IBOs. It also provides Bonus details such as percentage levels achieved, net payment amounts, AR/ AP (if applicable).

Transaction Summary StatementThis report is a summary of your personal transactions.

Performance StatementThis report shows any Personal bonus that you have generated on your personal volume. If applicable, it will also detail any differential bonus you have generated on frontline volume.

Ruby Statement This report highlights the appropriate PV/BV for your Ruby Bonus - if applicable.

Leadership StatementThis report details who contributes to your 4% Leadership Bonus - if applicable.

Foster StatementThis report details who contributes to your Foster Bonus payment - if applicable.

Monthly Depth StatementThis report details who have contributed to your Monthly Depth Bonus payment - if applicable.

Monthly Data SheetThis report provides detail such as award qualifi cation dates and award tracking information, volume information and business statistics.

Growth Incentive Program Statement This report is part of the Monthly Data Sheet but is specifi c to how you are tracking for the current fi scal years Growth Incentive Program.

Monthly Data Sheet Defi nitionsThis is the fi nal page of the Monthly Data sheet. The purpose of this report is to explain codes used throughout the Monthly Data Sheet.

NZ Service StatementsThese statements represent payment for any (if applicable) Services business you have had with Amway Services New Zealand Ltd. The statement takes the form of a Buyer Created Tax invoice from yourself to Amway Services New Zealand Ltd for services commissions. We also deduct contractor withholding tax from the payment, which is detailed on the statement.

Alternatively, if you are having trouble with the download or retrieval process of your statements please call the Regional Contact centre on 1800 454 647.

Downloading Reports:Please be aware that when downloading reports it is important to be mindful of the characteristics of the internet. Amway has done all it can to ensure that reports do not take a considerable amount of time to download but given that the internet is governed by a large number of uncontrollable factors we cannot guarantee any specifi c download times. Generally, the size of your business will determine the size of some of the reports. In addition to report size, the following factors will infl uence download times.

1) Your Internet Service Provider (ISP)2) The time of day you download the reports, evenings being typical peak periods and

result in slower download times.3) Your PC confi guration in terms of processor speed and RAM.4) Your modem speed.
