DESCRIPTION
This is the revised version (1967) of Robley Winfrey's Iowa Engineering Experiment Station Bulletin 125, "Statistical Analyses of Industrial Property Retirements" (1935), which introduced the Iowa-type survivor curves for use in calculating property depreciation. The edition was revised by Harold A. Cowles, Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University.
