Marzano Research Laboratory (MRL)Phase I: Survey and Interview (parents, students, teachers, site and district administrators) school improvement and non-improvement schools about implementation of Oklahoma Nine Essential Elements (OK9EE).Phase II: Observe and video classroom instruction related to implementation of OK9EE for study.Phase III: Provide interview protocols, results of study, and district and site audit tool.
