Migration of SAP from existing infrastructure to the private cloud.

• Held several meetings within the S&TD and with the QCG, ICTD and entire project team to revise and communicate the requirements for the processors and high availability for the cloud infrastructure.

• Developed a draft memo from PMO to ICTD for review by the PM/TrustFAP on the revised cloud infrastructure specification, its implications and risks

• Researched and identified that the processor option (AMD XXX) provided by ICTD shall not meet the requirements of our SAP system to run in a virtualized environment.

• SAP NIGERIA is yet to ensure that FIRS users can utilize 80% of the expected functions required from the Solution Manager.

Work with both PMs to obtain the sign off for Milestones 1 and 2 deliverables of ‘SAP Infrastructure Optimization’ service provided by QCG Limited.

Work with SAP-ITAS Integration team to deliver on the required interfaces. Work with SAP-Bank Integration teams to deliver on the required interfaces. Work with the project team and QCG to deliver on the outstanding work items of

the ‘SAP Infrastructure Optimization’ contract. Work with SAP Nigeria to conclude the redeployment of the SAP Solution

Manager.
