17. The rates at which skins of marsupials taken orkilled in Western Australia shall be charged withroyalty shall be as follows, that is to say:

18. Of the Collectors appointed by the Governor forthe purposes of Section 23a of "The Game Act, 1912-13,'' one shall be appointed Chief Collector.

19. All royalties collected by any Collector shall bepaid in such manner and at such time as may be -pre-scribed from time to time by the Treasury Regulations.

20. Collectors shall comply with all such directionsas the 'Chief Collector May f0111 time to time give themrelative to the discharge of their duties.

21. The Governor may appoint one of the Collectorsto be the Deputy Chief Collector and may empower theperson so appointed to exercise and discharge all or anyof time powers and functions of the Chief Collector,whether thef nIler be absent from or present in theState; but such appointment shall not affect the exer-cise or discharge by the Chief Collector himself of anypower or function, and if the Chief Collector shall giveany directions to the Deputy Chief Collector such direc-tions shall he complied with.

22. Every marsupial skin upon which royalty hasbeen paid shall be branded in accordance with brand asper Form "G" in the schedule to these Regulations, orto the eli-et thereof.

23. The receipt of marsupial royalty paid, or a debitnote for marsupial royalty to be paid, shall be in accord-ance with Forms "IT" and "I" in the Schedule tothese Regulations, or to the effect thereof.

Every holder of a. license in the Form "B" inthe Regulations under "The Game Act, 1912-13," pub-lished in the Goscrument Gazette on the 20th clay ofMarch, 1914, shall forward the skins of all Opossumstaken by him under his license to the Chief Inspectorof Fisheries in Perth, or to the Inspector of Fisheriesat Albany, for transmission to any consignee thereof,subject to payment by the licensee or to the consigneeon his behalf of the expenses incurred; and a licenseeshall not transmit any such skin to a consignee direct,or otherwise than in accordance with this Regulation.

Any licensee committing a breach of this Regulationshall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £20.
