Steamed Crystal Bun
Ingredient :
57g Tang flour, 19g caltrop starch, 300g red bean paste or lotus seed paste, ¾ cup hot water, some Chinese celery
Method :
1. Sieve Tang flour and caltrop starch. Add hot water. Knead into dough.2. Work dough into long strips. Divide into 4 dice. Add red beas paste to each dice. Work into
buns.3. Grease steaming basket. Arrange buns on it. Steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with Chinese
celery. Serve.
