STEP-1:- Please go to member e sewa for sign in.

STEP-2:- Go to online services menu and click on online claim option.

STEP-3:- Enter last 4 digit of your Bank a/c number and click on verify.

STEP-4:- Select online PF withdrawal form-19

STEP-5:- Enter your present address and select declaration

Step-6:- Get OTP pin and submit.
