EC Malta: Valley View SharedApartments

The Valley View Apartments are situated in the peaceful residential community ofSwieqi, overlooking the Swieqi valley.Within a short walking distance from theapartments a variety of local amenities can be found. Swieqi is adjacent to St.Julians where one can find Malta’s main entertainment area offering a number ofbars, restaurants, cafes, shops, nightclubs, a large shopping centre, Malta’s largestcinema complex and a bowling alley. A short distance from the apartments, busstops for routes to Valletta and beaches in the northern part of the Island can befound.

The Valley View Apartments consist of 5 large, modern apartments, split into 2blocks with separate entrances. All apartments have open views of the lush Swieqivalley and are spacious and airy. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenwhich includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and washingmachine. The large living/dining areas in each apartment provide a comfortablearea for students to hang out together and get to know each other better.

For arrivals at the Malta International Airport - your apartment keys can becollected from the EC Representative at the airport (look out for the EC sign). If youhave booked your transfer through EC, the Representative will also assist you withyour transportation. If you are arriving in Malta in a different manner, details for thepickup of your apartment keys will be provided prior to your arrival.

The walk to school takes approximately20 minutes.

Smoking is not permitted in any partof the apartment.Living in a student shared apartmentis ideal for students aged between 18and 27.Apartments are cleaned once a-weekbetween Monday and Friday;students arriving at the weekend willbe arriving mid-cycle to the cleaningschedule however a freshly made upbed will always be prepared for eacharrival.Credit card authorisation will betaken upon arrival at school and willbe used as a form of deposit againstany damages. If you do not haveaccess to a credit card, then a cashdeposit of Euros 100 will be taken andreturned on departure date(providing no damages have beenfound)Euro 5 or Euro10 air-conditioningusage cards can be purchased fromthe EC Reception at School. The costto the student for AC usage is Euro0.23 per hour
