STEP.1

Locate the free CHECKMATE app from one of the following supported app stores and install it on your mobile device:

Once installed, tap the CHECKMATE app icon from your home screen to open it

STEP.3

Accept the terms and conditions to continue with set up

STEP.4

Select start button and continue with set up, Enter your contact information. Once complete, select a password.

STEP.5

Enter your personal information, including height, weight and upload a photo.

STEP.6

Select Alert Contacts to begin the setup (must have 3 contacts). These contacts should match the alert contacts in

CHECKMATE Working Alone. Contact your administrator if you are unsure about your contacts. Once complete, press the back button to continue with the setup.

STEP.7

Check the Accept Terms & Conditions and press the SIGN UP! button.

You will now see the Welcome to ProTELEC CHECKMATE! message and will receive a call from CHECKMATE shortly thereafter.

Emergency Button-Immediate Notification

Press and release the Emergency button and the Emergency signal is immediately generated.

Emergency Button-Safe Walk Feature

In cases where you are concerned about your safety, for example, when walking to your car in a dark and

secluded area, press and hold the Emergency button. If something were to happen, simply release the

Emergency button and the Emergency signal is immediately generated.

Manage Check-ins

Use manage check-ins to Activate/Deactivate or access the features of CHECKMATE Working Alone.

Enter your 10-digit phone number and 4 digit pin to access the feature page.

Tracking Interval

To adjust the interval at which your CHECKMATE sends tracking, press the Tracking interval section and

choose the rate of tracking that you prefer.

Mandown Sensitivity

Man Down alarm feature activates an emergency Man Down alarm notification if the smart phone assumes

a horizontal position.

If the sensitivity is off, no man down checks will be performed. For any other value, the phone will be

monitored for being in the flat position (horizontal). If in a flat position for more than 30 seconds, the phone

will produce an audible / vibrating alert. If you change the phone’s orientation to v ertical the warning will

stop and the counters reset.

Emergency Signal

By pressing the power button repeatedly for the previously selected number of times, you can discreetly

send for help at any time with just the touch of a button.
