The sport of golf has its beginnings as a PRESTIGIOUS sport, it has grown a strong and loyal fan base from these traditional roots. Mark McCormack recognized the commercial potential

of the sport beyond ticket sales and used IMG to drive this concept. From this IMG rapidly expanded, evolving to the

WORLD’S PREMIER sports and lifestyle marketing and management company. IMG’s philosophy and methodology in managing this sport’s leading talent has continued to be built

on over the past 50 years of experience. IMG has set itself apart in the industry as the BEST IN ITS CLASS. The new space

should represent the PROMINENCE of the company and its DISTINGUISHED caliber of talent management.

The game of golf is unlike any other. It is unique in its OUTDOOR settings, and renown for its spectacular LANDSCAPES and MANICURED LAWNS. The

THECENTURYHOTEL

The Century Hotel will be part of a new generation of hotels. Fueled by the exponential growth of the travel industry, this hotel will restore a historic building and be used as a catalyst in attracting reinvestment into the exhausted area of downtown Cincinnati. It will serve as the epicenter for the city’s urban social, political, and business activity. This urban luxury bou-tique hotel will focus on serving today’s sophisticated travelers and community by providing personalized accommodation, services, and facilities that pro-duce an intimate experience for guests. The Cen-tury Hotel will be a sophisticated and elegant alter-native to the typical large-scale hotel properties in the region, offering privilege and privacy. This new design will essentially position the hotel as the top luxury hotel in Cincinnati and the surrounding area.

TRAIL AMMENITIES CAMPSITES EDUCACTION RESTORATIONThe Barataria Wetlands Trail is an adventure through wild and remote habitats, therefore, restrooms on the trail are limited. Composting toilets are provided at marked locations along the trail. A freshwater tap is also available at these locations.**

Boat access and docking is provided in select locations.**

Campsites are available along the trail at marked locations on a first come-first serve basis. A simple trail shelter with a screen and countertop is provided, as well as a composting toilet and freshwater tap.

Information and facts about the wetlands are frequently displayed along the trail, encouraging knowledge and respect for the wetlands and its heritage. At the central hub of the trail, there is an education center where guests can learn interactively with the guidance of park rangers.

Numerous floating pods of plants are integrated into the trail, with the purpose of filtering and purifying the water of the Barataria Bay Wetlands. When the plants mature, they are able to be harvested and grafted into the wetlands, restoring the eroding landscape.Plants are concentrated along the ocean portion of the trail in order to absorb oil and contaminants from the Gulf of Mexico.

The Lunocet is a biomimetic (meaning mimicking biology) swimming device modeled after the lunate tail swimmers found in nature such as whales and dolphins. Similar in function to the flukes of these fast and efficient swimmers, the lunocet created lift based propulsion so powerful it can launch a human out of the water, but the real advantage is its propulsive efficiency. The lunocet’s efficiency is ideal for hydotouring, and activity similar to hiking but done underwater. With comfort and speed, exploring miles of reef and encounters with marine life become routine.
