STEP 1: Go to the Engagement Activity Template

You can find the Engagement Activity template by going to the ISSR Engagement Hub, Clicking on the Create and Engagement Activity Sticky and Clicking on the big orange button.

STEP 2: From the Engagement Activity Template page, click on Start an Activity from this Template and Fill in the Name and Select the Use members from template

Use the defaults for all other fields. There is a Checklist with details on editing the tags, members etc.

IMPORTANT –Make sure that you select Use members from template so that others can help you if needed.

Recommend including name of company and an Opportunity ID if available. You can edit later if needed

STEP 3: YOU’RE NOT DONE Expand the Engagement Activity Quick Reference Guide and Complete the To Do items under the Engagement Activity Setup Checklist (This should take less than 5 minutes)

Detailed instructions for each To Do Item can be seen by clicking on the name

To edit the name, tags, due date, activity goal, use the Activity Actions button and Edit Activity

Use the Members page to add or remove members as owners (recommend making all team members owners. Please do not delete default Owners.

IMPORTANT –Please change the Access to Public (Read Only)
