Worked as front end lead on a life insurance web application that made quoting and selling easier for agents. This, in turn, helped increase our life insurance business by 10% year over year and sped up our application processing time by approximately a week.

Created front end component libraries that adhered to company branding which allowed for moreconsistent experience for users and quicker implementation for developers.

Developed automated tools to help make our release process faster and less error prone. Also created toolsthat helped detect failed application submissions, and allowed us to fix the problem without needing users to resubmit on their end.

Ran usability studies for our applications to find pain points of our users and made sure we addressedthese issues in future software releases.
