Stewed Beef SoupIngredients (A)450g beefIngredients (B)225g white raddish , 225g carrotsIngredients 2 stalks green onions (cut in sections), 5 slices ginger root, 2 tbsp wine, 1 tsp salt, 4 cup waterMethod :1. Cut beefr in 1.5 cm thick slices. Cut white raddishs and carrots in pieces, set aside.2. Place beef and ingredient B in stewing pot. Boil water and steam beef for 1 hour. 3. Add ingredients A and steam for another 30 minutes.
