We utilize multiple automated lining machines to add a variety of liner materials including induction seal and pressure sensitive for standard or tri-tab easy-open liners.

ERIE MOLDED PLASTICSCustom Packaging Solutions Since 1982EMP Closures is the proprietary stock cap and closure business for Erie Molded Plastics. For more than 30 years, Erie Molded Plastics has been providing OE and distribution customers custom injection molded parts and integrated packaging solutions. All of our custom and stock products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art molding facility conveniently located in Erie, PA. This temperature and humidity controlled plant features more than 20 molding presses, ranging from 85 to 725 tons. Two 80,000 pound silos and an automated material delivery system ensure efficient raw material supply to the presses.

Still owned by the original founding family, Erie Molded Plastics provides a unique combination of technical and systematic expertise with responsive, personal service. We manufacture close-tolerance products for a wide range of markets including automotive, medical, cosmetics, food, lawn and garden, pharmaceutical and electronics.
