Launched in 2010, the word about the PSW sublimation range has spread! Many schools are choosing the sublimated polo over the traditional polo shirt or are choosing sublimation for their sporting apparel.

So how does it work? Sublimation is a process that allows all over printing on garments. The design is absorbed into the fabric, resulting in a garment that is soft to touch and one that will last the distance.

Measure the chest area under arms and around the back, ensuring tape is level.

WaistStarting at your bellybutton wrap the tape completely around your back.

PSW Uniform and Tights Sizing GuideThe PSW uniform and size charts are given as a guide only. Measurements given are to fit the student’s body and are not the size of the garment. Sizing may vary due to uniform style and fit. If you are unsure of what sizes to order contact your Account Manager or request a sample today!

At your servicePSW are committed to not only providing quality products but also exceptional service. Our Account Managers are dedicated to ensuring that we are delivering the quality products you deserve and guarantee that your school is provided with all the resources needed to make getting your uniform easier.

Quality Guarantee PSW guarantees every product we produce against faulty material, stitiching and colour consistency right down to studs and buttons. Over 99% of our clothing is perfect when delivered however if you receive a garment that you believe to be faulty as a result of workmanship or materials please contact us straight away.

Claims/ReturnsAfter you have contacted us and sent your claim to us, the PSW Quality Control Team will review your garment and assess whether it meets the guidelines for a credit/replacement or repair.

Please use the following checklist to ensure it falls into what we will accept as a faulty garment:1. Time. How long has the child had the garment? A receipt will need to be provided.2. Instructions. If the garment has been worn by a student/s, please find out how the garment was

laundered and make sure that the garment’s washing instructions were followed.3. Sizing. If you believe there is an issue with sizing, hold the garment up against another garment of the

same size or refer to our sizing chart for a guide on sizing.4. Fairness. We aim to put smiles on kids’ faces and make schools proud. Therefore we want to ensure that

the outcome is fair for all parties - fair on the parent/fair on schools/fair on PSW.

We cannot accept returns if the garment has been damaged as a result of another party handling the garment (i.e. your own Screen-Printer or Embroiderer). This includes damage to the garment that has been caused by a foreign substance such as bleach, chlorine and other incorrect care techniques. If the damage is a result of general wear and tear on the garment such as grazed knees, rips from wire and excessive stain on seams we will not accept your return. If garments have been worn, please ensure they have been washed prior to returning to PSW. In the case of a return, you Account Manager will quote you a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ which you will need to attach to the parcel you are returning. We will then contact you once our Quality Control Team has inspected your return.

OrderingStockline Garments: These garments are always available for purchase - anytime! There are no minimum order quantities, meaning you can order 1 or 1000! Delivery time is usually between 7-14 days.

Custom Designs: These garments are made to order by your school. As these garments are designs or colours that are specific to your school we don’t hold them on the shelves. Special ordering conditions such as minimums and extended delivery times apply to Custom Designs. These conditions are worked through with your Account Manager when introducing a Custom Design into your school. Typically Custom Designs have a lead time of 4-10 weeks.
