Hold drill and HendersonInstrument in a straight line with the cord.

Turn drill clockwise slowly for 4 to 5 turns. Speed can beincreased after the initial turns.

After 20 to 25 turns, the tunic willfracture tying off the cord whichdramatically reduces bleeding.

Fast, easy set-up – (See Figure A above forreference to item #)

1. Insert Hitch Receiver Assembly (item #1) into class2 or 3 hitch.

2. Connect Telescopic Insert Tube (item # 2) into HitchReceiver Assembly (item #1).

3. Place Telescopic Riser Tube (item #3) overTelescopic Insert Tube (item # 2).

4. Now Connect Horizontal Ring Tube (item #5) to Rope Tube Riser (item #4). Once con-nected, place on Telescopic Riser Tube (Item #3).

5. Attach the rope ratchet assembly (item #6) to the top of the ring.

6. Adjust assembled unit to the appropriate height to perform the procedure.
