STORAGE AGREEMENT

This is a contractual agreement between the Genesee County Agricultural Society Inc. and the owners of the below listed item(s). The Agricultural Society agrees to provide storage between the dates ofOctober and April . The Genesee County Agricultural Society assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of items stored in or on the Society property during the above stated dates. It is further agreed that the renter will assume full responsibility for their items. Renters are responsible for their own insurance. This agreement becomes due and owing at the time the item is placed in storage. This agreement must be signed by the agreeing parties at the date and time of storage.
