Remote Disabling o f My Car - My Safety, My

Work. . .My Life!!!

Around two months ago a Goffstown, NH police officer

offered to help me when I ran out of gas. He opened the

hood and asked me to sit in the car and turn the lights

off so he could look at something on the passenger side

of the engine.

I believe that my car is has been being remotely

disabled at strategic times since then - through the past

couple months. As I aim to get advertisers for another

issue of the Heart Bud my car is now being disabled for

up to 12 hours at a time! I am not being allowed to do

my writings!

There have been numerous times when it has been disabled just before a police

officer shows up to threaten to have it towed and send me to a homeless shelter and/or

to suggest that I go to an emergency room Psych ward if I get upset about what they

are doing to me.

When this started it was under the guise of "helping" me. . .but that "help" has turned

into a relentless, inconsiderate, cruel control of my life AGAINST MY WILL through

controlling my car - the only thing I have that provides me with any form of safety from

the sadistic organized stalking group members that continue to harass me. Its also

what enables me to do my work.

Because this process started out appearing to possibly be genuine help I worked at

keeping an open mind. And I repeatedly begged them to help expose these crimes. But

the disabling of my car primarily at times that prevent my work and prevented my

personal needs from being met has severely increased as my trust in them diminished

and as I aim to switch my focus from them and onto my work - onto doing another

printing of the Heart Bud.

Yesterday my car was disabled for over 12 hours while I was in a parking lot where I

was being steadily hit with microwaves directed into my brain!!! Today it is disabled in a

parking lot run by a man whom I have experienced to be a victim and probable

perpetrator of these crimes! I do not know if they will allow my car to ever start again or

what may be happening to it as I walked to the library to write this! I have tried to reach

their hearts but it seems that the harder I try the more cruel to me they become. Looks

like they have me completely cornered! I do not know what to do!

God help us.

Aaron Alexis - Vict im of Microwave Targeting

I cried when I heard about the Aaren Alesxi

tragedy. He was obviously an unhelped and

unprotected victim of microwave targeting,

which most probably included the usual mind

control and gangstalking as well as the

transmission of voices and electronic sleep

deprivation tactics.

This sad event is a prime example of how

lethal the criminal targeting of microwave

weapons can get. Should the people who were

targeting Aaren, and those who were informed

and did not protect him from being tortured, be

held as responsible as Aaren for 13 murders and the pain inflicted upon 13

families? I think so.

Reports say thatA month before he went on the shooting rampage that killed 12

people, Washington Navy Yard gunman Aaron Alexis complained to police in Rhode

Island that people were talking to him through the walls and ceilings of his hotel rooms

and sending microwave vibrations into his body to deprive him of sleep.

But instead of his reports of being harassed with microwave weapons being

believed and investigated. . .it is being said that He had been suffering from a

host of serious mental problems, including paranoia and a sleep disorder, and had

been hearing voices in his head, the officials said.

Though this event should raise hoards of investigations into the criminal use of

microwave radio wave weapons and their lethal effects on victims. . .it is being

said that The assault is raising more questions about the adequacy of the

background checks done on contract employees who hold security clearances. . .

Dear God, please help humanity to realize what is happening to us.

" United We Stand - Divided We Fall"

As I apply this popular phrase to the Technological Holocaust, it

seems to fit perfectly, because there is a desperate need for a

public UNITED stand against the criminal use of microwave

weapons (especially mind control technologies) that are being

used on American citizens and government officials.

Thus far, desperately needed levels of public awareness havebeen prevented through isolating, discrediting, threatening or

destroying those of us who become aware of what is happening.

allowed to function in the world a fear that is VERY understandable and justified. The

forces we are up against appear to be HUGE with connections in high places and

unlimited resources to accomplish their aim. It is as dark as dark can be and as

deceptive and heartless as evil can get.

Those who target us are also manipulating us into blaming only our own

government, although the core of the problem appears to originate from a

foreign force that has been silently taking over our country through the past

several decades. America is falling, because its government, as well as its

citizens, are being victimized with mind control technologies. . .and it will

continue falling if we continue allowing these criminal manipulations.

The success of this Technological Holocaust seems to depend on continued secrecy

and deceptions, the silence of those who are aware, and the division of heavily targeted

individuals from the rest of humanity. But the silence CAN be broken. The deceptions

CAN be exposed. We do not have to let them win.

I dream of a strong group of influential people (standing as witnesses for each other)

finding the Heart and courage to break the lethal spell with a firm public stand that could

open doors for others to do the same.

I pray that people publicly UNITE against the technological targeting of our

government as well as common citizens. . .instead of against each other.

United We Stand Divided We Fall

At this point in time, I feel that the greatest day of my life would be when that first public

UNITED STAND opens a door to begin exposing these crimes and restoring the

FREEDOM America has lost. . .spreading its rays into the rest of the world. I hope it

happens in my lifetime.

P.S. My flag is at half mast in honor of the countless thousands of citizens who are

being either harmed or destroyed by the criminal use of radio wave technologies for

targeted citizens, including military, law enforcement and government officials.

As for me personally, I am not doing very well on any level. I am struggling to let go of

my anger and disappointment that the targeting is still happening and that I have not

experienced the types of help and care I need. I struggle to hold onto hope for myself

and to remember my heart in the mist of the confusing hell Ive been being put through

in the past couple decades. I hit a point of overwhelm this past Spring, as I fought to

produce this issue of the Heart Bud. . .hitting an all-time emotional low in the past

couple months and am trying to regain my balance at this point in time.

am in the process of losing my RV and most of my belongings. I am still being targeted

In Desperate Need of Help

I cry for protection and safety. . .for a hand of Light to reach down and

help me to at least have a bit of recovery time. My health continues to

fade. Microwave targeting along with attempts to murder me, and what

appears to be aims to frame me for crimes, relentlessly continues. I

am often hit so hard with microwaves and confusing groups of

gangstalkers that it is becoming difficult for me to function very

well. My strength is running out. I am exhausted and run down. I

am scared and am praying harder than I ever have before.

Again. . .Please Stand Up

I am praying for ALL aware media, FBI, CIA and law enforcement officials to quickly

stand up all at once and start bringing an end to this holocaust. The secrecy and

silence around it, as well as our fear of being targeted, is what enables it. Thus far a

small handfull of people have stood up alone and gotten either jailed, slandered,

inconspicuously murdered or framed for uncommitted crimes. This is a pattern that

can not continue without becoming TOO obvious. These people got hit hard becausethey/we stood alone. What we need is for ALL of those who are aware to stand up

all at the same time - right now. PLEASE - I beg you. . .for the sake of all of

humanity, including your own loved ones. . .

PLEASE STAND UP AND EXPOSE THESE CRIMES WITH A

WORLD WIDE EMERGENCY MEDIA ALERT IF NOT SOME

BETTER WAY.

Tuesday, June 25, 2013: An Indescribable Hell:

I had previously posted the below statements in June 22, (as some of you surely

noticed) and then erased them out of concern of the targeting getting vamped up even

more than it already had been. But I am learning that staying public is what helps me. In

this past week the organized stalking groups took advantage of my plight and my

repeated prayers to God to send law enforcement help. All sorts of crazy thingshappened including them pretending to be wanting me to follow them to safety...etc.

Due to my desperation and the state of fear and confusion I was in I had followed on a

few occasions just in case it really was help, but it wasn't. It was just more cruel games

at a time when it tore at my heart in ways that I can not describe. One of the times a

stalker yelled out "Stupid" after I had bit the hook. IF there TRULY was someone trying

to help me these criminals surely knew it and were racing right along side of them while

mimicking it all. (This is partly why I feel that it is best to go public immediately) The

manipulations and games these criminals engage in are as heartless, cruel and

sadistic as can be.

Saturday, June 22, 2013: Shame on Nashua New Hampshire Police Officers

June 21, 2013 - Around 9pm I pulled into the parking lot of a motel to sleep. . .and was

woken from a sound sleep (at around 11pm) by a group of at least 4 Nashua police

officers who asked me to get out of my car. They shone a spot light on me as I climbed

from the back seat into the front seat. "Oh look at that" one of them yelled out, "it can

climb right over the seat!" They all burst out laughing and continued to make jokes. . .as

if they were watching a freak show at a carnival.

When I called the department to get the names of at least three others, officer Miller

said that the only one showing up on the computer was Officer Elliot and

that "Sometimes other officers show up just out of concern." But this was not the case

here. These officers OBVIOUSLY found great amounts of joy in my homeless plight

and the process of surrounding me and waking me in the middle of the night, while

ridiculing and laughing at me. Surprisingly, I did not feel ashamed or humiliated. I felt

shocked by their cruelty. In my mind I thought, "I can't believe they are doing this!" And I

took 3 pictures of them.

Seriously! Three or four police cars to ask one woman to leave a parking lot!?! This

seemed like part of the harassment program that had been planned out. Here is an

example of a similar situation with the opposite outcome: A few months ago I was

sleeping in the Crown Plaza hotel parking lot. The manager noticed and wanted me to

leave so he knocked on my car window, then respectfully backed away. When I peeked

my head out he said I'm sorry, but you can not sleep here. I'm sorry." He seemed

genuinely sorry to have to ask me to leave. And he was respectful and polite. The

Nashua PD could take a few lessons from this man.

I remember, in the 1970s, hanging out with police officers in Goffstown, NH. I even had

nick names for some of them, like Puggy, Cojack and Baby Face. They were good

guys - the types who would NEVER join a criminal stalking and harassment program

which pits at least four police officers against one defenseless, scared and homeless

woman in the middle of the night. But this was when MOST police officers were decent,

respectable, caring human beings whom we could trust and depend on for help if ever

we needed it. Are those days gone? We should SERIOUSLY hope not and start doing

something about it if they are. This experience crushed a large chunk of the optimism

I'd previously pried out of my heart.

Another Serious Attempt on My Life

June 15, 2013: 10am: I parked in a Portsmouth church parking lot to pull the last few

hundred copies of the last printing of the Heart Bud from my trunk in preparation for

distribution. While doing this I was hit with something that caused unusual pains in my

back, abdomen, hips and head.

Around 5:20pm, after a few hours of passing out papers, I pulled into a nature park and

suddenly experienced what felt like a heart attack. The circumstances around this

event lead me to believe that I was shot with some sort of laser weapon. The heart

attack lasted for more than a few minutes and the pain was so severe that I could

hardly breath. Periodical chest and arm pain, as well as a strange cold feeling,

continued into the next day before gradually disappearing. I spent about 23 hours in the

Concord, NH hospital. (There is much more to this that I may share later)

This is not nearly the first time that those who target me tried to give me a heart attack,

but it was by far the worst. Part of the process should be on security cameras at the

Cumberland Farms on the corner of rt 1 and 1A in Portsmouth, NH if they have not

tampered with it already.

June 14, 2013: Another job and Home Sabotaged: I excitedly headed for Vermont where

I had just agreed to clean and paint a rental property in exchange for living in it while I

worked on it. (This would have been about one month) A great deal for this couple. But I

felt OK with doing a months work in exchange for sleeping in a construction site

through that time, because I owed them and was in desperate need of a place to do a

fast and brew a few herbal remedies for my health problems. BUT I had not been there

for more than 30 minutes before one of them fumed into the driveway saying, "I just got

a phone call and we can't do this...."
