Audio Requirements:

When streaming audio the green volume level bars need to peak at ¾ towards the right continuously when audio is streaming. Distortion from the mic, camera or mixer may be heard by the attendees if these levels are to high. The volume can be adjusted with the volume lever next to the mic to increase or decrease downstream attendee audio. This will not correct poormicrophone placement or audio operator errors. Ask any Host, Attendee or Reporting Agency monitoring the stream for audio level and quality verification. This can be done through the text chat located towards the bottom right of the video operations panel.

Audio Testing & Grounding:

The end user is responsible for verifying video/audio quality of recordings. We encourage testing and verifying video/audio quality prior to conducting depositions. If a cycling buzz or audio interference is found try ground lifting the computer power supply. If you continue to experience the above issues, one or more parts of your system may have miss-matched grounding.
