Class includes a variety of strength
exercises using free weight and body
weight exercises and is programmed
based on the members’ needs and
instructor’s training and experience. A
conditioning component including
interval training increases the physical
and mental challenge and helps
decrease fat. Class is for all fitness
levels, from the beginner to the highly
trained athlete. Classes are one month in length and
have a maximum size of eight
participants. Sign up the first of each
