Chambers of Crafts to support and consult SME concerning

the effects of demographic change Activity: Qualification/training and coaching during the

“on-road test” Sustainability: Promoting qualification of representatives

from INQA-Partner organisations and others

Results of the Project

15 consultants have been trained Ministry for Social Affairs in Mecklenburg-Western

Pomerania now finances the work of the volunteers

who got trained for the demographic change consulting 80 enterprises asked for a presentation 5 enterprises received consultation during the project Follow-up project funded by ESF and the Ministry of

Labour, Health and Social Affairs of North Rhine-

Westphalia (2005-2007) training of >120 Demographic

Change Consultants

Large German health insurance companies get part

of their employees trained Federation of Industrial Accident Insurance Funds

promotes the training and considers getting own

employees trained as well Some Federal States consider similar model
