Student Admission Process Guideline

S/No Step Process Description/Explanation Remarks

1. Step-1

Applicant visit NDU web site (www.ndu.edu.pk) for online admissions. Active link will be available there.

2. Step-2

“NDU Online Admission System” page will open & Applicant/Student will create his/her login account to proceed with the NDU online admission system.

3. Step-3

The Login and Password will send on his/her email account given during account creation. After that applicant will login to system for further processing.

4. Step-4

Applicant will chose/confirm the “department and program” with priority 1,2,3 for multiple programs.

5. Step-5

Here Applicant will enter his/her personal info/ biodata with required fields.

6. Step-6

After entering Personal Info Applicant will enter his/her Academic record into the system one by one starting from SSC (Matric-OLevel) to last earning degree.

7. Step-7

Applicant will enter the GAT info according to the instructions given in system. GAT/NDU Test slips automatically will print with the NDU Admission Form.

(Applicable for MPhil/PhD students only)

8. Step-8

Applicant will enter the Work Experience if required (Optional)

9. Step-9

Applicant will enter/fill the languages (Urdu, English, and Punjabi etc) info.

10. Step-10

After entering all required info Applicant will finally check the entered info and send to NDU after accepting the statement regarding NDU terms and conditions.

Applicant cannot change his/her info after final submission

11. Step-11

Applicant will take the print of filled NDU admission Form and send to NDU along with the Pay Order/Bank draft with attested copies of required documents.
