Who we are and what we do
Agency of Scottish Government
Provide funding for all eligible students studying throughout UK
Process approximately 160,000 applications each year

Residence eligibility
Ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands for the three years prior to first day of the first academic year of course and ordinarily resident in Scotland on 1 August
Non UK or EU national must have ‘settled status’ in the UK as set out in the Immigration Act 1971
