DINING LOCATIONS

Dining Commons A favorite hangout and site of numerous events and special occasions,

the Dining Commons (DC) consists of a food court that can satisfy those

hunger pains. Each entrance to the DC will deduct one block from your

sustainability initiative, all reusable dishware is utilized at this location.

We also offer a to-go program that consists of all biodegradable carry out

items. From containers made of bagasse (remains of crushed stalk from

sugar cane), to spudware utensils (made primarily from potatoes), to cups

and straws made of corn-plastics, the Dining Commons utilizes many

everyday resources for sustainable living.
