Producers

This focuses on concrete construction and design

The Ready Mix and Precast Producers would be under this umbrella.

The Ready Mix industry is a good example of a Producer because they will supply their product to the contractors or installers

Material Suppliers

These are the manufacturers and distributors of concrete materials and concrete supplies

An aggregate quarry is a good example of an material supplier, because they supply there product to the producers as a raw material.

Specifiers

This is the group which specifies or creates the notes, specifications and guidelines for a variety of the industry materials or designs.(i.e. Green Spec Listed, Department of Transportation, etc.)

The Specifiers will dictate to the Manufacturer or Producers how it should be produce, and tell the Installers how it should be placed. They will also regulate or quality control what they have specified.
