Our Project was started after Discussion Session which was held in our class

brainstorming and solved Discussion Activity in last our facilitator showed his

Discussion Activity was done by our facilitator in the class. He distributed DISCUSSION ACTIVITY sheet among whole students and collect their ideas about different topics. Finally we decided a topic of BEGGING and started brainstorming. First of all we all students found real problem of begging that why do beggars beg ? What are their reasons to beg? Can they change their living style? Are they agree to engage with suitable jobs? If we propose them to admit their children in schools are they willing to do this? These questions were raised into discussion activity session and all students answered themselves.

After the session of discussion our facilitator selected a area for survey of beggars and provided us Survey Activity Form (SAF) in which some questions were mentioned and we had to ask their answers with beggars. Our group of interview started this survey in Kharadar locality and met almost more than 100 beggars. Interviewers conduct individually interview with beggars and asked main causes and reasons of their begging. Each beggar wanted to take help but they were not agree to engage with job because they had disability and can not perform job properly. We collected facts and figures through Survey Activity Form and submitted it to our facilitator for further process.

Conference Activity was held after Survey of society. Students submitted their provided to their facilitator. Now all students represented their different ideas to over come this problem and they made some strategies which are:

1. Fund Raising Program-FRP

2. Relief Fund Program

3. Awareness Program

4. Create Network with Donors to Help Beggars.

FRP was arranged by students who were working on Begging Project. They decided to help beggars by their own saved amount. For this purpose they mutually agreed that each student of class will save daily Rs, 01/= and he will deposit this amount to his facilitator in the end of every week to help beggars. Now FRP-Managers were hired from students’ own classes and facilitator provided them FRP-Record Sheet. FRP-Managers weekly complete this Record Sheet and deposit their collection at facilitator.

To help the beggars with financial support.

To engage beggars with suitable jobs as per their disability.

To admit their children in Private Schools and We affords their all expenditures of educations.

Some beggars have been nominated for help and our students will help them in their monthly home expenditures.

Some businessmen are ready to support us in shape of providing suitable jobs to beggars and give us donations.

Project Based Learning-PBL is the way through which students can adopt 21st century skills in their learning education. They got the concept of Bloom’s taxonomy and apply his strategy of higher order thinking in their study. Now we all are able to work on every project because PBL has polished our creativity and provided us a systematic path to get quality educations. We heartily thanked to team of intel corporation specially Sindh Coordinator Madam Rubina Rubina JhangirJhangir who introduced us with this great way of learning.
