Student User Manual

For

Online Admission System

Introduction

Annasaheb Vartak College (AVC) , as a part of its ongoing efforts for offering advance services, has introduced an Online Admission System (OAS). Through this facility, prospective students shall be able to submit their application forms online and receive instant confirmation for successful submission of their application form through through SMS. This facility is available for all academic programmes at Master, Bachelor, PG Junior College level currently on offer through the Prospectus available in the college office. As this is a new system, our prospective students may require to know about the

process of Online Admission. In order to facilitate them, Student User Manual’ has been

developed. This User Manual contains all essential information for the end users to

navigate through the online admission system. This manual includes step-by-step

procedures for system access and use.

1.0 Getting Started

1. Click on the Web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox Mozilla etc.)

available on your computer.

2. On the address bar please type http://avc.ac.in/ and then press “ENTER”

key from your keyboard. Then, the following page shown in Figure - 1 of AVC web site will open.

3. Now, choose the ‘Online Registration’ link in the News Updates and Notice Board 2017 - 18 section. Students Login page will be displayed. 4. Now, Homepage of the Online Admission System as shown in Figure- 2, will appear:

You can also go to the Online Admission page directly in the following way:

1. Click on the Web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox Mozilla etc.) available on your computer.

2. On the address bar please type http://enrollonline.in/enrollment/ and then press

“ENTER” key from your keyboard.

3. In this way also you will reach to Online Admission page as shown above in Figure.2

General Instructions for Online Admission

Before Registration you must also have:

1. Scanned latest Photograph (Maximum 100 KB)

2. Scanned your latest Signature (Maximum 10 KB)

3. Scanned copy of your Leaving Certificate (Maximum 250 KB)

Please scan your original marks sheet/certificate only. Please do not scan photocopies of your original marks sheet/certificate.

Student Registration Online Admission form

Register Yourself Step -1: The first step to fill up the Online Admission form is to register yourself. For this please click on the link “ Online Registration ” that appears on the college website.

a.) If you are filling the form for the first time, you have to register your Mobile Number .

To register you Mobile Number click on “ Create New Login “ link. The following page will be displayed b.) Fill the following fields

a. Enter Institute Code. (Please contact the College / Institute for the

appropriate Institute Code or visit the college website to know your

code.

b. Seeking Admission for (Select Section from the list)

c. First Name (Enter Students Name)

d. Last Name (Enter Students Last Name)

e. Enter Mobile No. (Enter valid and active mobile number. All future

updates about the admission process will be send on this mobile

number)

After filling the information, click on “Submit” button.

c.) After you ‘Submit’; your User Name along with the Password is generated. The

mobile number you enter will be the user name. You will receive your password

on this mobile number. You will be notified about the same through SMS on your

mobile.

Note: Using your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’, you can Login directly. Remember your

‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ for future login on the Online Admission System.

Filling Online Admission form

Filling up the Online Form STEP 1. Click on “Login” button given in the homepage of Online Admission (Figure 2)

a) Institute Code, User Name & Password; provided while filling up the registration form

Click on ‘Login’ button.

STEP-2: Then first part of the Online Admission form will be displayed as shown in Figure - 3. You can see 5 different tabs by the name

1. Personal Details 2. Academic Details 3. Parent’s Details 4. Uploads 5. Stream Selection

Personal Details

In This section enter your personal details. Fill all compulsory details marked with * Click “Next” when all details are filled

Academic Details

In This section enter the Examination details of the previously appeared Exams. Fill all compulsory details marked with * Click “Next” when all details are filled.

Parent’s Details

In This section enter the Parents details. Fill all compulsory details marked with * Click “Next” when all details are filled.

Stream Selection

1. You cannot change the Submission Date, Institute Selected, Section . 2. Select name of Standard / Class for which you are seeking admission for. 3. Select Language of Instruction 4. Select Subject group of your choice (Subjects are allotted by the institute on merit

basis or as per the availability of seats) 5. Click on “I agree the above terms and conditions for confirmation and click on

Submit Button 6. After submission of form you can continue by selection other standard / class if you

wish to apply other stream Eg. FYBA, FYBCOM
