Applying for the transport card:

⌲ fill-in the application form, stick your photo onto it; ⌲ hand in the application at a metro station

have your passport and student ID with you; metro stations accepting applications are listed on http://www.hse.ru/recommends/transport/;

⌲ receive a slip to present it when picking up the card⌲ pick up your card at the same cashier’s 2 weeks after applying.

Using your transport card:

⌲ activate the card at a metro cashier’s at the cost of 350 Roubles (have your student ID with you);

⌲ refill the card each month at a metro cashier’s; it will cost 350 Roubles per month;⌲ use the card in ground transport (requires additional payment in a bus stop kiosk).

Losing your transport card:

⌲ inform the Moscow Metro by calling  8 (495) 688 02 61; ⌲ ask the ISO for a new application form;

⌲ apply at a metro cashier’s; re-issuing the transport card is not free of charge.
