Built with uncompromising power on asleek profile, Vermeer offers the SC352stump cutter to meet the high demandsof tree-care operations and rental stores worldwide.

Powered by either a 34 hp (25.4 kW)diesel engine or a 35 hp (26.1 kW) gasengine, the Vermeer drive systemprovides an efficient transfer ofhorsepower from the engine to thecutter wheel. Plus, the patentedAutoSweep® system monitors enginespeed and automatically adjusts the cutter wheel sweep rate tomaximize productivity and reducepremature wear.

Two-wheel drive and all-wheel driveconfigurations, as well as an oscillatingfront steering axle, help the machinetraverse difficult terrain. Additionally,differential locks can be easilyengaged / disengaged from the controlpanel. Engage the locks for moretractive effort in tough groundconditions. When disengaged, the unit can perform difficult turns for hard-to-reach stumps.

Electric clutch engagement. Asimple flip of a switch engages theclutch, eliminating a need for manualmanipulation of a belt tensioner orengine slide adjustment.

Put customer lawn concerns torest. Spring-applied, hydraulicallyreleased brakes eliminate the need todisturb lawns with stakedown devices.And at just 1800 lb (816.5 kg) or(depending on engine option) 2150 lb(975.2 kg), the lightweight design of theSC352 helps minimize turf damage.

The patent-pending YellowJacket™ cutter system features auniversal tooth that canaccommodate all cutting positionson the cutter wheel. Plus, it offerseasy serviceability and extendedtooth and pocket life.
