Stun Guns
Stun Guns are a nonlethal self defense weapon that are an effective device used to subdue a person. Stun Guns work on a principle where high voltage pulses are applied to a person's muscle causing them to be vigorously exercised. The result of a stun gun is instant fatigue, weakness and loss of balance. The stun gun victim will be weak, lethargic, and disoriented for several minutes allowing sufficient time for a person to escape.
Most states now equip police officers with stun guns. They find it is a safe way to control people who are uncooperative, but are not actually threatening an officer's life. Physically restraining an out of control person can cause injuries to the officer or suspect Stun guns have proven to be an alternative to the use of deadly force. During police training, officers who allow themselves to be stunned report receiving the worst pain they have ever experienced. This means that even after an attacker recovers from the effects of a stun gun, they are not likely to risk getting stunned again.
Stun Guns are ideal protection for a women or anyone concerned with being physically overpowered by an attacker. They should not be used to defend yourself against an attacker with a firearm or knife. To use a stun gun, hold the electrodes firmly against a muscular area of the attackers body such as a shoulder, thigh, or buttocks. You will not feel a shock even if you touch the person being stunned. To completely subdue the attacker, the stun gun must be continuously applied for a few seconds. More time is required if the person is large, or you are using a low voltage model. D&D Security Products offers stun guns ranging from 1 million volts up to 11 million volts for maximum security.

Stun Batons
A Stun Baton works on the same principle as a stun gun, but it allows you to keep more distance from your attacker. To use a stun baton, stick the electrodes against the attacker and press the trigger. Unlike a stun gun, where your strategy is to hold the gun against your attacker until he is subdued, using a stun baton will cause the attacker to jump away when stunned. Continue to stick and stun, forcing the attacker to back away until he flees or falls. Again, unlike a stun gun, a full size stun baton will give you a better chance defending yourself against a knife attack.
All of our stun batons have electrodes in the shaft that will prevent an attacker from taking it away from you during a struggle. If the attacker grips the shaft, just press the trigger. No one can hold on to the shaft while they are being stunned. You can also deliver a jolt to an attacker by holding the shaft against his body. Our stun batons are made of durable hard plastic, giving you additional protection when used as a club.

Dual Defense System
The Dual Defense System, like a Taser, is a long range stun gun that has nitrogen propelled electrodes that can strike a target up to 17 feet away. Even if the probes miss the attacker, the used cassette can be popped off and a new cartridges snapped on in seconds and the Dual Defense System is ready to fire another set of electrodes. Even without a replacement cartridge, the Dual Defense System is still a fully functional stun gun that can protect you in close situations. The Dual Defense System comes with all you need. It includes the base unit which can also function as a hand held stun gun, one cartridge which contain the electrodes that are fired out, a practice target, and a 9 volt battery. Approx. dimensions are 6" x 2 3/4" x 1 1/4 ". 100,000 volts.

Most orders are shipped by the US Post Office Priority Mail the same or next business day providing the products are in stock.
Delivery time by Priority Mail is usually 2 business days, but not guaranteed. Delivery by Express Mail is usually one day, but not guaranteed.
There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.45 on all orders shipped within the Continental US. The shipping amount is determined by weight and is higher for heavy or multiple items. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is an additional 15%.
International orders are shipped by International Express by the Post Office. Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped by Global Priority, First Class, or Express depending on the cost.
Pepper Spray can not be shipped by Express Mail. Orders are tracked using Delivery Confirmation or Express Tracking.

* D&D Security Products warrants all products to be defect free at the time of purchase. If a product is received defective, D&D Security Products will replace that product free of charge.
* A Manufacture's warranty covers all products that become defective after the original purchase and during the product's warranty period. As an authorized dealer, D&D Security Products handles all warranty replacement for the manufacture for a nominal fee. See our return policy.

Return Policy Defective Product Returns: * Products received defective will be replaced for free. Buyer must request a return authorization within 5 days of receiving the product to receive a free replacement. * Products that become defective after 5 days but within their warranty period will be replaced for a service fee of $15.00 to cover shipping cost to and from the manufacture and return shipping to the customer. This fee may be higher for large or multiple items or items being shipped outside the Continental US. * Products may be returned for a credit if they are received defective or become defective within 30 days from the date of sale. Credit is for the product cost only, shipping charges are not refundable. A 25% or a minimum of $10.00 handling fee is added for defective products returned for credit. How to request a return authorization (RMA) * E-mail returns@ddsp.com. State the item being returned, the reason for the return and order number or order reference number found on the Sales Receipt. The Buyer will be issued an RMA number by return e-mail along with return instructions. * An RMA is valid for 10 business days. If the product is not retuned Within those 10 days, a new RMA must be requested. * The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the package * Seller is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged by the carrier.
