Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi is hosting its first “NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INCLUSIVE AND IMPACTFUL CSR” on 3rd August 2013 at BNR Chankya, Ranchi. The goal of this program is to take forward CSR as Sustainable Responsible Business, while addressing the parameters of Global Value Chain, Regional Economy, Approach by Media and Implementing CSR through a Supply Chain, While addressing these issues, the role of the various stakeholders needs to be seen closely and understood in the context to what they perceive as good CSR. The CSR conference is an attempt to understand and explore the avenues in CSR in the coming years - for Corporate, Governments and Academic Institutions. The conference will therefore mark the beginning of an Inclusive Growth policy for Jharkhand and see the value CSR initiatives bring to the State in terms of Economic and Financial growth. We are inviting Shri Bhaskar Chatterjee , Director General and CEO, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs as the Chief Guest for the occasion and we hope to gain from his farsightedness in the area of Corporate Governance. Further, eminent speakers from various renowned organizations have been invited to share their views in the different panel discussions. The audience will comprise of thought leaders from the field of CSR, Education, the Non Profit sector, students of IIM Ranchi and other Management Institutes from Jharkhand.
