As a Chief Coddler, you will be looking at reaching out to new consumers and suppliers through various channels. You will also be supporting the operations in terms of screening and coordinating with training providers. from a diverse Sales organisation, selling our products to market.
The planner coordinates and manages the balance between Supply and Demand, ensuring

The planner acts as the coordination point between many functions, including product
management, manufacturing, logistics, customer service and sales, and stays abreast of all
issues that potentially impact supply reliability, taking action where needed. This is a key role
in the business, with wide exposure to many functions and people across the organisation.

- Actively manage Supply/Demand balances on regional warehouse to ensure product
availability meets forecast
- Actively control inventory levels to target
- Troubleshoot availability and logistics issues to ensure reliable supply

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will manage the full AP function
within the Finance division. The key deliverables includes:
Accounts Payables
- Oversee Accounts Payable shared service function and operations to ensure timely recognition

- Responsible for the adherence and compliance to Group Accounting Policies and other Group

- Perform month end closing steps in closing cockpit
- Deliver consistent and reliable financial and management reports in a timely manner
- Responsible for timely and accurate month end closing, including preparing journal vouchers,
investigating unusual variation of expenditure and reviewing of financial statements.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist in year end audit.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents to facilitate the audit and tax queries.

Assistant Head, Innovation and Enterprise
The National Research Foundation’s (NRF) mission is to promote and coordinate Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) activities in Singapore so as to create a vibrant, competitive and knowledge-driven economy.
Responsibilities
• Plan, implement and manage Innovation and Enterprise (I&E) funding initiatives under the NRF. Prepare statistical and management reports to evaluate and review the performance of these initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary
• Work closely with the National I&E Executive Committee and Domain Directorates to effectively implement I&E initiatives
• Develop joint capability enablers with Innovation and Enterprise Offices of Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL-IEOs)
• Assist in international relations with overseas partners to facilitate I&E outreach of the local RIE ecosystem
Requirements
• Strong foundation in Physical Sciences and Engineering at the tertiary level is preferred. Candidates with background in Business, Marketing, Economics or Public Policy, and strong interest in Science, Technology and Innovation will also be considered.
• Excellent written, analytical, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Can work well independently as well as in a team
Assistant Head, Services & Digital Economy Directorate
The National Research Foundation’s (NRF) mission is to promote and coordinate research and innovation activities in Singapore so as to create a vibrant, competitive and knowledge-driven economy.
Rapid advances in Infocommunications Technology (ICT) have lowered the cost of digital sensors, expanded computing power exponentially, and achieved ubiquitous connectivity – this has fundamentally altered business models in the services sector and created a whole new digital economy. Developments in artificial intelligence and deep machine learning can also bring about even more disruptive innovation.
The National Research Foundation (NRF) has set up the Services and Digital Economy (SDE) Directorate to facilitate the oversight of Singapore’s research and development (R&D) plans in this exciting domain.
We invite applications for the positions of Assistant Head/Senior Officer for the Directorate.
Responsibilities
• Continual scanning of the technological trends, research and development landscape pertaining to digital technologies and innovations, including current and emerging research areas in computer science/engineering, electronics, mathematics and adjacent disciplines, sub-topics, and the key players involved;
• Consultations and collaborations with agency partners in the strategising, prioritisation, execution and translation of SDE’s R&D programmes;
• Proactive management and evaluation of SDE’s R&D programmes through close consultations and dialogues with SDE’s R&D programme offices and research performers;
• Quantitative assessments of performance and impact of SDE’s R&D programmes;
• Staffing support to senior management and relevant committees in the ongoing governance of the R&D programmes, including progress status tracking for the various projects under those programmes.
Requirements
• Strong foundation in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Operations Research or other discipline(s) relevant to the Infocommunication Technology, at the tertiary level;
• Relevant working experience preferred but not required; • Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind; • Strong results- and customer-orientation with multi-tasking capabilities; • Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.

team for a 3-month internship from January to March 2017. We promise an engaging internship

Monitoring and Analysis
Client-specific media monitoring
o Real-time monitoring of online and print local, regional, and international media

Media and market analysis
o Researching and gathering ideas for new business targeting
o Preparing detailed analysis of media coverage and market sentiment for new
business proposals
Other responsibilities
Any other ad hoc research, including:
o Industry, peers, and financial performance of a client or target company
o Background notes on media outlet or journalist ahead of client media
engagement
o Research for company initiatives
Administrative tasks including updating of databases
Logistical assistance for meetings/ events organised by Tulchan or its clients
