From: Gaw, Heather [mailto:Heather.Gaw@lewisbrisbois.com] Sent: Friday, November 20, 2015 3:46 PM To: Ng, Danny Subject: RE: Freedom of Information Request Reference No. 16442  Mr. Ng,   I have reviewed your comments on the FOIA request I submitted pertaining to work performed at the LaGuardia Airport between 1965 and 1968. I believe the problematic request was our third, requesting records related to asbestos abatements.   Please allow the below to serve as a pared down request for abatement documents, that should satisfy your requirements and provide us with the information we seek:  1. Documents, including but not limited to invoices, purchase orders, sales records, contracts, agreements, inventory lists, specifications, receipts, certificates, permits, andor service records, regarding the construction, renovation, remodeling, and redesign of the LaGuardia Airport, the presence, role, andor identity of the general contractor, and the presence, role, andor identity of the sub‐contractors, between 1965 and 1968.  2. Documents, including but not limited to invoices, purchase orders, sales records, contracts, agreements, inventory lists, specifications, receipts, blueprints, plans, correspondence, certificates, permits, andor promotional materials, regarding the use of asbestos containing materials and products, including but not limited to joint compound during the construction, renovation, remodeling, and redesign of LaGuardia Airport, between 1965 and 1968. 3  Documents including, but not limited to contracts, agreements, invoices, purchase orders, specifications, receipts, drawings, blueprints, plans, correspondence, certificates, and/or permits, regarding asbestos abatement performed at LaGuardia Airport.  Please let me know if any additional information is required to fulfill this request.   Thank you,   Heather Janis Gaw
