SUBMISSION OF SHORTLISTED RESEARCH PROPOSALS FOR 2019 BERF
To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Personnel of the Curriculum Implementation Division Personnel of the School Governance and Operations Division Public Schools District Supervisor/Districts in Charge School Heads of Public Schools This Division
1. The Regional Research Review is moved to April 15-17, 2019 at Pietros Square, Capitol Bonbon Road, Butuan City.
2. All 28 shortlisted research proposals attached in this Memorandum shall be submitted in five (5) copies on or before March 25, 2019 to the Division Research Coordinator.
3. To ensure that the submitted basic research proposal underwent technical assistance, all papers shall attach Receipt of Evaluation (see attachment) which will be signed by the ACTUAL research adviser last March 5, 2019’s research advising.
4. Furthermore, the following attachments in DO 16, s. 2017 SHOULD be attached in EACH copy of the proposal to AVOID DISQUALIFICATIONS:
• Annex 1: Research Proposal Application Form and Endorsement of Immediate Supervisor
• Annex 3: Declaration of Anti-Plagiarism
• Annex 3: Declaration of Absence of Conflict of Interest
5. Additional eight (8) shortlisted research proposals issued in RM 112, s. 2019 shall have their research advising on March 19, 2019.
6. PowerPoint presentation template to be used in the regional screening is available at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PjZm-BKNlVghUStaEZHISk_Nn9oHbrw8/view?usp=sharing.
7. Transportation and per diem of the researchers and advisers shall be charged against school local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
8. Pursuant to “No Disruption of Classes Policy”of the Department, all researchers with teaching loads shall secure School TA and Class Substitution Form.
9. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is greatly desired.
