Description: Verizon Volunteer -Mentorship Program

Description Details:

Participated in a new immigrant career mentorship event as a Verizon Volunteer sponsored by Apex Philanthropy Committee. On 10/19/15 I donated my free time as a representative of Verizon and conducted a virtual mock interview over the phone with my assigned mentee to prepare them for job interviews. My phone interview I conducted was used to assist in eliminating barriers for skilled immigrants to integrate into the professional workforce.
