Contract: Dealt with Contractual matter including but not limited to EOT, Claim

(Idleness, Delayed payments and any other within Contract) and Project Scheduling.

Tendering: Review of Tender document including the scope of work, specifications,

bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, and list of deviation to the

specification, list of deviation to the scope of work.

Coordination: Rendering services to the Chinese EPC contractor of

NTDC/WAPDA by acting as Coordinator between Chinese engineer and Pakistani

Engineers on Technical and commercial issues. Manage Monthly Progress report

preparation to Employer and Consultant.

Commercial: Coordinated and dealt with Loan agency (JICA, ADB) on

disbursement, forecasting and cash flow issues. Managed import of material from

China & Europe to Pakistan in all aspects. Moreover, Scrutinized Project insurances.

Testing: Supervised Factory acceptance Test (FAT) for 500kV ACSR Drake

Conductor & 9.15mm EHS Shield-wire at associated Laboratory of NEWAGE

CABLE PAKISTAN.

Site Experience

500/220kV Steel towers Erection: Supervised Assembly & Erection, Bolt

Tightening, and Torque Checking/Inspection.

Stringing: Supervised Pulling of Conductor (Drake, Rail) , Installation of Insulator

assemblies with Travelers for Pulling of conductor. Mid-Span joint, Repair Sleeves,

calculation and execution of Sag as per construction structure list. Bundling of

conductor after sag. Dead End joints, clipping of conductors and minimum electric

clearance.

Preparing IPC (Civil Works) Invoices.

Responsible for making Escalation invoices on Civil works of the Projects.

Daily Site Report and Next day plan submission.
