I Managed rig operations made sure Certifications where up to date Made sure rig was maintained and kept up to date on game plans for operations, Kept records of maintenance and servicing of all rig equipment held daily safety meetings with the operator’s representative to go over any changes or new developments to the operation at hand. Double checked morning reports that night pusher filled out. Trained hands, Managed rig inventory, parts, and equipment needed for the operations at hand had to stay 5 steps ahead before needed to prevent unproductive time. I am still learning and sharing what knowledge I have learned and wanting to grow. My Goals are to learn and share all what I can for the safety and Teamwork for Better Production of the Employer I have 30 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas, Geothermal, Water, Drilling Industry.
