Edging is crisper, clearer, and more defined - this is due to the brass’ ability to withstand the polishing process

Brass is an excellent conductor, which helps the plating adhere to the piece better, and for longer

All Rhodium plating is 0.1 microns. This is the thickest that can be achieved for rhodium plating

All yellow gold plating is a minimum .25 microns

Rose gold plated items are first plated in gold and then overlain with rose gold, to give them a thickness of slightly over 1 micron

Gold plating on rings is 1 micron due to heavy abrasion in everyday wear

Merchandising GUIDELINES

PRODUCTFeature new styles in the most focal area of the display.

At the start of each new season, discontinued styles should be separated, so the jewellery for the new season can be added.

Fixtures should be re-merchandised every 4 weeks, minimum.

Always sell from your backup stock where possible to keep displays organised and fully replensihed at all times.

DISPLAYMake sure the display case and glass are clean.

Make sure there is lighting and light bulbs are working.

Replenish all fixtures daily so they are always full.

Do not over merchandise - keep it simple and clean.

Always display 25-30 pieces on each side of the display case (if your stock is low, it is acceptable to double expose product if it means the sections are more visually balanced.)

Regularly use different combinations and positions of the in-case fixture material to keep the display interesting.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTYYour GUESS Jewellery is guaranteed for a period of twelve months (1 year) from the date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse of components, the finish or plating. It does not cover water damage caused by non-compliance with the enclosed Product Care Instructions.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we advise our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the “Mandatory Provision”).

In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction within this period, providing the jewellery care and precautions are followed, your GUESS Jewellery piece will be replaced with the same or similar model at our discretion. Your replacement piece will be warranted for the remainder of the period applicable to the original date of purchase.

For the warranty to be valid, you must provide a dated, itemised receipt from your retailer. Any other warranty given by the retailer is entirely their responsibility and terms of the warranty cannot be changed by any person.
